We ended up with a gorgeous, light filled room on the 3rd floor with a balcony, newly renovated bathroom and one of the bigger rooms we have had in Italy so far. Combined with gorgeous weather & so close to all the sights - fantastic hotel. Included breakfast was very generous & we loved having access to a cappuccino maker.

I enjoyed my stay in a room with a magnificent view of the city. We stayed in Hotel Ester for 7 days. First we were in another hotel they worked together, since I am very sensitive to the noise they changed our room very quickly. The staff are very kind and helpful. It was warm, quiet and very nice room...

Great location, with lovely rooms ,fridge, good shower and comfortable bed. In the heart of the markets and lots of good reasonable priced restaurants. These rooms have a communal kitchen with a washing machine and a good coffee machine. They supply breakfast foods and are very clean. Marco Margarucci, the manager is very nice and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay,...

Good location close to the train station with a Lytton and a good host. A little confusion with the hotel being on two sides of the street with different names and several different floors. The room was fully remodeled and very nice with a modern bathroom.

Stayed here with a small group tour, and it was great, the shared kitchen, the room with the balcony was the best. Marco and his staff were very helpful, great location close to the train station and into the main part of the city. Will go back and stay next time in Florence Would recommend

The Hotel Ester is located very close to the train station Santa Maria Novella and an easy walk. There is a lyft, which is helpful with luggage. We had a great room on the top floor that was large, with a modern bathroom and a panoramic view from the balcony. Marco, the owner was very accommodating. There is a safe...

We arrived to Florence by train to the Santa Maria Novella Station and we reached the hotel in 5 minutes on foot. Ester hotel was situated in the historic centre of Florence on the second floor of a 12th century building. Our triple room was big enough for the three of us with comfortable beds, an electric kettle, a small...

What I like about this place is, it's only few minutes walk from the train station. The room was quiet big but with a little bit of problem with the very small lift. Other users doesn't seem to understand that the door needs to be closed so that other people can use the lift. Our room was on the 4th...

The room I stayed with my children was massive and very spacious. I will definitely book this B&B when I return to Florence. Very...
