We stayed in a junior suite, room 1, for 2 nights. The room was huge and clean, with gorgeous frescoes on the walls and very high ceiling. The bathroom was also a good size and spotless. Our only complaint is that the mattress on the king size bed was very uncomfortable, sinking in the middle. The hotel is in a...

This hotel is an old house and the rooms are VERY spacious. Spacious by US standards--huge by European standards. The ceilings must be 10 feet or more. WiFi is included and very good. We had two king size beds but there was very little space for your clothes so we used the second bed for clothes. No drawers and a...

I am not sure if we stayed in a hotel room, it looked more like a seperate apartment. But the room was good. Nice view over the city, parking is right next door and you can walk anywhere from here. The breakfast is typical italian with some sweets and coffee. The bed was not very comfortable, but other than that,...

I'm staying on Hotel Burchianti at present in what you would expect to be a lovely room high up on the rooftops of Florence with San Lorenzo dome outside my window. Unfortunately there is a front loader washing machine in use somewhere below my room and it is operating 24 hours a day. The spin cycle takes precisely 7 minutes...

Fantastic hotel in a terrific location. 5 mins walk from Santa Maria Train station and 5 mins walk from the Duomo (and center of Florence). Fantastic staff very helpful with booking reservations for museums. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, as is the Mercato Centrale. Rooms were spacious (for Italian standards) and clean. Free Wifi and a delicious breakfast is...

Hotel Burchianti is situated just 5 minutes walking distance from the Santa Maria Novella train station and within another 5 minutes you can reach the main areas of interest of Florence center (Duomo, Uffizi) - perfect location. But the nicest thing about this hotel is the decoration of the rooms, at least room no. 1 where we stayed. Beautiful frescoes...

This hotel could not have been any better for our stay in Florence. The location was 2 to 3 minutes (walking) to the center of town. The room was gorgeous. GORGEOUS. The hotel only has 11 rooms and the service by the staff is amazing. They cater to your every need. Lovely breakfast (included) and a superb Italian restaurant right...

This hotel was amazing. We had a beautiful room with frescoes on the ceiling! Our room was extremely spacious, and the location was so close to everything we wanted to do. The staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious, and the price was great. My only complaint was that we didn't have time to spend more nights here! We will absolutely...
