The room wall was thin, very noisy at weekend nights. Poor sleeping quality. Bad location. Far from tourist spots. The toilets smell bad, probably because of old or the Building Construction problem, not because of Cleaning. The breakfast was too simple and too little. The staff were helpful.

This 'hostel' is very good value for the budget traveler. The only things that stop this from being a hotel is the lack of a television in each room and the limited hours that the desk is maintained, although there is 24 hours access to rooms. Otherwise, this is a comfortable, clean hotel. Every room has an ensuite. Rooms come... More

Rooms were decent sized, clean and tidy. No toiletries were provided like soap to wash hands and the walls are thin. Reception spoke good English, very helpful. Wi-fi costs 1€ for 24 hours but is very slow. Good location for genuine local feel...bad for tourist attractions.

This hostel is completely out of the way from everything! Walls are beyond thin. They even allowed babies to sleep here. All we heard was the baby crying all night long. There's plenty of rules, including no alcohol.... The breakfast well there was enough for half a glass of orange juice.

Very good service and clean facilities at a great price for Florence. It is a bit away from the center, but if you don't mind an early walk of 10-15 minutes you'll be at some great cafes or dining spots. Plus you get a nice quiet neighborhood (though there's an excellent, sophisticated bar next door). Make sure to check in... More

I traveled in Florence with a group of students and we had a very good time at this hostel. It's very quiet and very clean, the location is close to the old center of the city and the staff is very polite and helpful. We really enjoyed our stayin' there!

Good location, reasonable rooms, great price and super helpful staff. Left my wallet in the room when I checked out and were very good at reuniting me with it! Booked a double and got a triple. 20 min walk to station, 10-20 min walk to restaurants and bars

This hostel was reasonable with a very lovely and welcoming host who was happy to point you in the direction of all the sights. The rooms were okay, quite big. Our double was 2 singles put together. No toiletries supplied and no towel. Breakfast wasn't overly good... A few bakery items in plastic (never a good sign). The thing that... More

Had a fantastic experience at the youth hostel during a study abroad trip. The whole place is well kept and clean. It's in a great location near a grocery store and wonderful local restaurants. It also walking distance from the center of town and all the tourist attractions. The staff was so incredibly friendly and accommodating, I would definitely stay... More
