Stayed here in late May for one night and was pleasantly surprised. Nothing fancy, but we got a great rate and everything was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was helpful. Location was very convenient and the views from our window were lovely.

Worse place we ever stay and charge us 256euros a night for a very out dated room. I was bitted all over my face and legs by bugs in that room. Malfunction of the elevator. U unpleasant owner! It is more a B&B then a hotel. What a shame to rip off clients like us just because of a tour...

The hotel is fine. Some rooms have beautiful views. The cappuccino machine makes nice cappuccino and there’s a little terrace. But the hotel is hard to find – no sign visible from a distance, so make sure you have your map (preferably electronic). There’s a pretty noticeable smell of cigarette smoke in many places. The hotel takes up third and...

The funny thing was that we had to go to the third floor where the entrance and reception is located. Our room was at the front/street side, but we had no noise of traffic. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. They arranged also parking for us. The breakfast was simple but good. The room was furnished in old style,...

The hotel is located in city centre 10 minutes walk from Duomo and quite convenient. The room size in the hotel is all different so one I booked was half the size of the other one. It can get very cold in the night in the room. It is equipped with simple items. Breakfast are included which has varieties of...

The hotel is in a very old building, but the rooms are clean and it met our needs. All the staff are very nice, and most of them speak English. Easy 10 minute walk into town. Definitely ask for a room that overlooks the park, with a view of the Duomo. The bathroom is compact yet functional, though oddly the...

My mom (65 years old) sister (late 20's) and I all stayed at this hotel in Sep 2013, and fit all of our travel needs. It was small and not fancy, but very clean. Daily breakfast was very accomidating and good. The owners were very very nice and made us feel at home. The room was basic and a quick...

Hotel Andrea offered a good price for a two night stay so we decided to book it for the weekend. Its a 7 minute walk from the train station. Building looks old from outside. The first two floors are vacant and the hotel is on the third floor. We got a matrimonial room which in pictures seemed ok, but once...

Compared to other hotels in the area, this hotel is a bit farther from the Novella train station and the Duomo. It's a 5 min. walk before you can get to the nearest store or restaurant. The place is also kinda old and it shows with the room's layout. There is an A/C unit in the room but you're not...

We stayed here during a short family trip to Florence in October 2013. We booked the family room, which has two rooms, one with a full size bed, the other with two twin beds. It also has a small balcony. Florence was unseasonably hot for that time of year, so the air conditioning had already been turned off for the...
