This hotel is very comfortable and welcoming. The location is excellent-centrally located, easy to walk to popular tourist destinations. The Uffizi museum is a few steps away. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. The breakfast/sitting area overlooks the Piazza della Signoria. From there we enjoyed watching the early morning bustle of delivery trucks and tourists. In the evening we...

You really can't top this little hotel for location. 1 minute from the Uffizi. It is a stylish, clean place with very decent sized rooms - we had the attic room No 15 as a twin, and while the climb to the room from the 4th floor was a little odd, the room itself was grand - masses of space,...

Great location although a bit hard to find the first time, close to all of the major attractions. Large spacious room, living room for sitting and good breakfast. Staff very nice. Wifi wasn't too good though.

This hotel is very conveniently located right off the Piazza della Signoria. Very clean. The staff were helpful and professional. We stayed in the Annex, which is just around the corner. As indicated on the hotel's website, there is a staircase immediately on entering to get up to the elevator (if needed - you can also walk on up stairs)....

Awesome hotel! Wonderfully located.easy walk to everywhere in the city...hidden and tucked away...but worth it! We had a apartment loft! My kids loved it because they had stairs to go up and down with two separate twin beds! They were upstairs and we were downstairs! Very charming!

What a gem of a hotel! What a perfect location. We had a huge room that was quiet and air conditioned with a loft for the kids; incredibly friendly and helpful reception staff; great breakfast with an amazing view of Piazza Signoria - highly recommended! A true Florentine feel.

Located right in the heart of all that's happening in Florence, this was a great place for the two of us to stay. It is very European. We were in the "annex" at the very top of the stairs, looking down on the narrow alley that I think separated us from the Uffizi itself! The staff is kind and welcoming,...

The location of this hotel is very good. The one side of the building faces Piazza de la Signoria by the Uffizi Gallery. The entrance can be hard to find as it is down a narrow passage way. Sometimes this was not so pleasant as we had to pass by the restaurants below the hotels trash. The reception is on...

Staying in Uffizi

Neighbourhood Profile
Uffizi
Every visitor coming to Florence for the first time will immediately identify with Uffizi. As in past times, passing through Via dei Calzaiuoli, you can reach the city center, the Florence that everybody dreams of. In just a few steps, visitors can experience the rare beauty of the capital of the Renaissance. walking delighted across Palazzo Vecchio and overlooking Piazza della Signoria, up to the Loggia of the Uffizi where it is possible to fully taste the talent of the best artists who animated Florence over the centuries. When the sun goes down, there’s nothing better than a walk along the river Arno up to the ancient bridge, Ponte Vecchio. It is full of jewels and decorated by the colors captured in postcards.
