I am conflicted by my experience. The street on which the Hotel is located is narrow with little scope for stopping to offload a vehicle. It has a Hostel opposite. I was advised that parking was available on-site. This is not the case. Parking is via a garage several hundred metres away, and cars are relocated off-site somewhere. It takes...

Hotel's location is good- not too far from the center, but yet away from tourist crowds. Rooms are tiny and outdated, I felt claustrophobic. It's clean and staff is friendly. You have to carry your luggage upstairs though. Pillows are small and uncomfortable.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay as the location was great and overall experience exceeded expectations. I have already recommended the hotel to friends heading over to Florence next month.

Friendly place full of character. Excellent location, walking distance from station and only two minutes stroll to the Florence old town. Had a great 3 night stay in Florence, I highly recommend this hotel, even though rooms are small. Breakfasts are limited in choice compared with large hotels but still worth the money.

My wife and I just finished two nights at this hotel. It was very charming especially the lobby, sitting and dining area. The breakfast was good and the rooms were spacious especially the shower which is a rare feature in Italy and our room even had a walk in closet. The front desk staff was very polite and spoke English...

What a gem of a hotel! Mario's is close to many of the key attractions and round the corner from Santa Maria Novella (central station), making it an ideal base to explore both Florence and other places in Tuscany. The staff are polite and friendly and go out of their way to provide extra information and helpful advice. Our room...

This B&B is located very close to the train station which is its biggest USP. The staff are quite nice too & helped out streamlining my sightseeing plans. The breakfast was decent enough. However the room I was put up in was quite small. Just a bed. My shower was out of the room but private - no regrets here...

Our stay was great! It came in handy to have the hotel near the train station and the city center in a nice area. The best part was definitely having Leo give us dining recommendations. We absolutely loved Carmine and we wouldn't have had the most delicious pasta if it wasn't for Leo. So thank you!! If I had to...
