We rented the "Loft" apartment and were throughly thrilled by the exquisite remodeling that Mario has done. The apartment was appointed with the best of everything and an excellent location made it that much better. Both Mario and his brother Paolo were extremely helpful and always available. We cannot recommend this property more and when we return to Florence we... More

We had a wonderful week with this well appointed apartment as our home. We walked everywhere and enjoyed the quiet location at the end of the day. The details in the apartment were beautiful, from the gorgeous tile in the large bathroom to the well stocked kitchen to the robes and welcome basket of fruit, wine, milk, pasta and cookies.... We loved our stay in the Loft--great, quiet location (we walked everywhere) & the apartment was stocked with thoughtful food & wine (especially nice if like us, you arrive Florence weary from travel). It is beautifully decorated & comfortable--the large tub in the lovely bathroom was the perfect solace at the end of a long day. Mario made booking easy... More

What a wonderful way to experience the beauty of Florence. We walked everywhere. The only taxi we took was to the airport.Paolo, our host was there to show us the apartment and explain how to make cappuccino in the coffee machine. There was a platter of fresh fruit, cookies and wine to greet us. My husband prepared two dinners in... More

Our suite in Florence was absolutely a dream! It was represented perfectly in exact detail on the website and upon arrival we were even more impressed! Our hosts were attentive to our every need, and had outfitted the apartment better than a 5 star hotel. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of the city center and market, etc.... The apartment is wonderful in every respect: location, amenities, comfort. The terrace was the crowning touch. We spent a week and are already planning our next trip. The owners were most gracious and met our every need.

This summer (2013) I visited Florence together with my 13 year old son. For our 6 nights stay we booked the Loft apartment following all the great reviews posted on the site. That proved to be a great choice! The apartment is indeed a very special place and we enjoyed our time there a lot. It is a very well... More

This is our 3rd year staying in the City Center in a apartment. This year we wanted outside space (huge patio with dining and sofa /chair furniture) so we rented the Appartamento del Re. From the moment we opened the door and the remainder of the 9 glorious nights, we were delighted by this apartment. They had wine, fruit, water,... More

We chose to book the Loft del Principe for our 5 night stay in Florence and it was the best decision of our trip. The pictures are what attracted us to it, but they really don't do it justice. It really was exactly what the pictures showed and more. If you are looking for a comfortable, spacious, and modern place... More
