My friend and I were impressed from the outset. A lot of effort has been put into creating an artistic, boutique hotel experience, and they have definitely delivered. Our room was spacious, for what we were expecting, and very comfortable. Breakfast was high quality and we enjoyed reading about and sampling the products created from the hotel's own primary produce...

We recently stayed as a couple at this centrally located hotel. Our room overlooked a lovely little garden and was very quiet. The bed was large and comfortable with a good sized bath and shower. The hotel is quirky with period features and houses an eclectic display of art. All the staff we encountered were charming and helpful. We also...

Very comfortable, cosy and friendly place. Very nice classical rooms with great distribution, we were 4 in the room. Helpful and efficient stuff. Healthy fresh breakfast with local products. Good location, out of the very crowded areas. Walking distance to the railway station.

This hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-furnished, with a spacious room and a complimentary breakfast service (with delicious Italian coffee). It's just a few minutes walk from the Piazza Duomo (arguably the main square in Florence), with many restaurants and tourist attractions. Service is excellent, but just be aware there is a tourist tax of €4 per person, per night...

This hotel is in the best location! My husband and I walked everywhere from here. The rooms and bed are charming and the staff was nice. 5-10 minute walk from Duomo and 15 min walk to the Arno and Ponte Vicchio. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Great hotel in Florence, my favorite hotel that we stayed in anywhere in Italy! They upgraded our room, staff were friendly and helpful, and the room, especially the view, was beautiful and charming. Highly recommend.

My husband and I arrived on the train in Florence on Christmas Eve day and had a short walk to the hotel. We checked in about 1 pm, and were offered a free drink and snacks in their restaurant (attached to the hotel). The snacks consisted of a platter of gourmet farm to table, locally grown vegetables, cheeses and meats....

Stayed in this lovely small hotel in August 2016, but only now getting the time to write a review. And review I must, for this is a magical hotel, and I need to share my experience. Magical in its atmosphere, in the extraordinary staff and its location. The room was very spacious, with high beamed ceilings, and Florentine furnishing. The...
