Nice central hotel. Train station is literally a 5 minute walk away and its 20 - 30 minute taxi journey from the airport. The Duomo is also a 5 minute walk away and it's easy to walk to most of the top 10 places to see from here. Receptionists are very efficient (but can be quite curt sometimes! ). Vincenzo...

This hotel was very pleasant. We were greeted with a complimentary bottle of Wine. The staff was helpful and the room was clean and more than adequate. In the lobby there is a comfortable sitting area and an adjacent large well stocked bar. This hotel is literally only a 8 minute walk from the train station, making it very convenient...

We stayed here for three nights and were very happy! Large room, bathroom had a bath and shower, lovely ambient light. The room matched the beautiful city. Staff were super helpful and warm, breakfast was okay. We enjoyed our stay 👌🏼

Easy to find and close to the railway station, which is also where the buses from Pisa airport drop off. Right by the central market, but not noisy and easy to walk to the main tourist attractions in 10 - 20 minutes. All the staff were great and we had a lovely four night stay, rooms were spotlessly clean and...

Located only a five minute walk from the station and on the corner of the market. Brilliant. I love to hear the clanging of the stalls being set up and later dismantled. Right next door to the mercado centrale where you can eat at artisanal stalls. Great buffet breakfast and attentive staff. Nice rooms, newly refurbished bathroom in my room....

The hotel is centrally located to the best of Florence. It's walking distance from the train station. The hotel is around the corner from the Mercado Centrale and market shopping. Also, I walked from the Uffizi back to the hotel when for some reason the tour bus did not drop us back to the pick up spot. The breakfast at...

We had a lovely stay here after a bumpy entry in to Italy due to fog. The staff are helpful, the rooms are clean and spacious and the bathrooms felt relatively new. Breakfast had excellent service no matter the time you went down, and room cleaning was thorough each day. The tip I have is regarding the WiFi. 1. Keep...

Rooms are basic. Our bathroom was extremely narrow and my bed mattress so soft that I folded up unused blankets and inserted between mattress and spring box to keep from falling out of bed at night. On the strong side, the location is great for pedestrian access to train station, dining, Accademia and architectural landmarks. The bar is tended by...

We just spend the weekend in Florence and stayed at this hotel. We had a room for three, it was spacious and the restroom was amazing. The breakfast is very generous and you can ask for capuchinno. The staff is very friendly. The location is walking distance from main attractions and at night the mercato centrale is one block away....

This hotel is well placed, very close to the Santa Maria Novella train station, the Mercato Centrale and easy walking distance to the Accademia, Duomo and Uffizzi. Breakfast was cold buffet with a good choice and was constantly replenished. Cappuccino or espresso were available if wanted. The staff were friendly and helpful and special mention must be made of the...
