Brilliant room, reasonably priced. Awesome location and very family friendly. Would stay hear again if we visit Florence again. The breakfast buffet was great, one of the better I've seen in Europe. The internet worked too!!

We found the Hotel Rapallo to be a tranquil base for our five night stay in Florence. We felt at home immediately. The hotel is immaculate, our room (with balcony) was of a good size and we slept well on the large comfortable bed. The sheets and towels were changed frequently during our stay. Everything was of good quality and...

Location was ok 15-20 mins walk from main area but not much near hotel. Staff not very good: I went to Florence to propose and found them unwilling to help me plan via email before I came. Reception staff were not welcoming during 4 night stay and the hotel was on a strange lock door policy to access! Breakfast nice...

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and spoke very good English. The staff made an extra effort to welcome you and to ensure your needs were met. This hotel was a very good 3* accommodation and would definitely recommend. The room was clean looking and modern, and decent breakfast provided. The only downside was the location.

We stayed in this hotel on our honeymoon to Italy. The hotel was clean and our room was very spacious. Breakfast was a plentiful buffet with many selections. We really enjoyed the added perk of "tea time" from 3-8 pm, which provided many snacks and drinks to enjoy for free. The hotel was about a 10 minute walk from the...

We stayed in Firenze a couple of days, coming by car from Venice. We left the car in the parking of the hotel, only 100 m from the hotel itself. The staff was very efficient and friendly. Rooms were clean, as well as the batroom, and the beds comfortable. Despite the heatwave, our stay in Firenze is memorable.

Just back from spending a week at this hotel and couldn't praise it enough. Rooms were as described, white furniture, comfortable beds, spotless en suite and fresh sheets every other day. Breakfast was a good selection of fresh fruit, yogurt, breads, sweet pastries, small selection of cooked eggs etc and for those who wish there was even champagne. From 3-8pm...

We spent three nights here. Rooms very clean and comfortable and rather smart. Staff great. Good location. Afternoon snacks a real bonus and a very nice touch. I would recommended it highly. An oasis of calm after crowded Florence

We received big room for 2, big bed and so nice, so comfortable, big bathroom and clean. We really enjoy our holidays 3 days in Florence and it's surrounding staying in this hotel. Nice breakfast with a lot of choices and the staffs are just very friendly and kind typical italians. Love it
