The hotel was under renovation when I arrived and my first impression was poor. I got over it quickly, though. The room was spacious and clean, with a balcony and plenty of room to spread out. I had a couple of "encounters" with the key to the room and the safe, mostly due to my own ignorance. I was helped...

We stayed here for one night and did not like the look and feel of the hotel. The facilities in the hotel were old and rooms were very basic and crude looking. But everything was clean. The bathrooms was nice but they didn't provide any toiletries. Breakfast was fine with limited options.

Very nice clean and comfortable hotel in Florence. Near to museums, Piazza, restaurants and shopping center. The rooms are clean. For breakfast the hotel have a nice variety of food. The employees are very efficient.

The location to the metro was great. The overall look and appeal of the hotel was great.. Coming from a Hilton manager I would only change two things...: the breakfast was a little lacking and the overnight front desk agent was rude and incompetent. He didn't know where a convenient store was and was very rude when my wife and...

Accomodations are great, but beware of rude un polite staff. These people have no manners. Rooms was not ready when we got there, which I understood, but I was with my 9 month old baby and it just seemed they were even mad! Also for some strange reason the bell boy followed me to the lobby's bathroom and briefly watched...

Hotel provided nice service and basic amenities. The rooms themselves had nothing special, but what else do you need? Bed, nightstand, electricity, Tv, wifi, and bathroom. The breakfast was surprisingly underwhelming, easy to get sick of quickly. Overall great stay in Firenze.

Arrived, checked in and no internet in room. Reported it to desk at noon indicating that I thought it was because we were the last room at the end of the hall (449) explaining we did get internet in lobby. They indicated they'd look into it. We returned at 19:30 again got internet in lobby but as we walked down...

Dear Guest, sorry for the delay in replying your review. We have taken a while to investigate on the hotel areas where the wi-fi signal may be improved and actually in room 449 the signal was weak. We are now working to solve this problem. I would ask you to please accept our sincere apologies for the customer service. I...

We spent 3 nights here as part of a large high school trip to Italy (250+ students and adults). My daughter and I had a room in the south wing... quite a hike to the lobby and restaurant but not a big deal. Our room was meticulously clean... and we're neat freaks and germaphobes. Very happy with the room and...

Not a charming and romantic place to stay. Rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Situated in a very good location, just on the Arno river. Parking just in front of the door. Staff was ok... Definitely a good place for business meetings.

If you are looking for a unique experience with old world charm, choose another. This is a "chainish" option. Nothing wrong with that, just a fact. It is further away from the active areas of the city which did not bother us as we enjoy walking and getting lost in the city. We stayed in the older section, but it...
