We spent 4 nights in August at the Bernini Palace Hotel. The staff was very welcoming right away. The room was large and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed our bartender's attentiveness each evening after a long day of touring! The hotel is perfectly located to walk to any are of the city. It was very central. A perfect stay in a...

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share this fantastic review of your stay at The Bernini Palace Hotel. Great location and hotel. The staff were lovely, all very helpful, especially Laura. I felt looked after; bed turned down, slippers laid out.... My room was small and beautiful (I found a great deal online) very comfy bed, great shower, thick towels and a robe. Good breakfast selection. I'll definitely stay here again when I return to Florence.

We have just spent a week in this hotel. Lucky us, you may think, and that's true. It is extremely central, has a beautiful reception area and is immaculately clean. I was taken ill whilst there in the middle of night and a doctor was called and came within 30 minutes of my speaking to the 24 hour reception desk....

The Bernini Palace is a renovated 15th century building centrally located in Florence. The rooms are spacious and exquisitely decorated in period style. This is truly a 5 star hotel and what gives it the upper edge is the fantastic service by the staff. They seemed to anticipate our every need and offer whatever we needed in the way of...

This is a great hotel in the Italian classic style. Rather like the Danieli in Venice ( but with better rooms) .. everywhere is walkable. Fabulous bar ( Friday is the best). Don't forget the rooftop terrace on the 5th floor.. they don't advertise it. Well worth it.

The location is perfect - it is a short walk to all the major attractions in Florence. The room was wonderful - we had a junior suite and we loved it. It was large and yet cosy. The staff were extremely helpful in the hotel and getting us dinner reservations at the top hotels. I will definitely stay there again.

Originally a 15th century “Palazzo”, the Hotel Bernini is built according to the Classic Florentine architectural style, with string-course cornices along the walls and wooden shutters giving it a charming antique flavor. The Bernini Palace is located in Florence’s historic center, right behind Piazza della Signoria - just a stone’s throw from the Uffizi and Florence’s main historical attractions. The rooms are 74, Classic, Superior, Deluxe, Junior Suite and Suite, all are fitted out with the best, most up-to-date mod-cons and still preserve the charm of the past. The Tuscan Floor is reminiscent of old world Tuscan colours and themes, very warm and inviting. The new restaurant La Chiostrina is located in a historical courtyard of the hotel, it is the ideal place for delicious gastronimic specialities in Florence, its versatility makes it an excellent restaurant offering an innovative menu.
