Yes, there are tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms and we booked our tour guides etc. through the concierge who was very informative and helpful.

I'm not sure, but they are so accommodating that I know they'll store your luggage while you begin to enjoy the surrounding. This historical hotel is in a great location. Enjoy!!!
