I was traveling with a group and the tour operator booked this hotel. My room had ants all over the floor and broken balcony door lock. So I asked to change the room. Next room was run down, shower basin had mold etc.. Only bright...More

- It is in a okay-sh location. You can walk from the SM Novella station (30 min) or take the 14 bus which is nice.

Was a nice clean hotel. Breakfast was a pastries, meats, muffins and this was the only hotel that had scrambled eggs fore breakfast which after not having them for 2 weeks was a treat. You have to pay for breakfast each day which was similar...More
The hotel was very clean. Had all the basics you need, the room was spacious with a very small bathroom. We loved it. Great breakfast! Although it's close to the airport it's farther from all the main attractions, since we had a car that wasn't...More

There is a bus stop right around the corner from the hotel that will take you into town. If you exit to the right when you leave the hotel and walk one block then take a right on that street it is right there. It takes probably 15 minutes to get to the center. Taxi's are expensive there and I would avoid. We only stayed nights before and after flights so we didn't do much walking around the area to find a train - but if you do find one I suppose it would be easier to get into town that way. The little time we did spend walking around the area was to find food for the night before our flight left earlier in the morning and I can say it didn't seem like there was much to do there, and I wouldn't stay out late at night in the area as it appears to be a little seedy, but it served it's purpose for us.

"We were on fifth floor with excellent views over the airport and countryside."
