It's like a 4 to 5 minute walk from the Central Train station and a couple of minutes away from all main attractions. Don't get confused, the building you walk up to is not the hotel, The hotel is one of the floors inside the building (check the lobby for exact floor number). Room had all the essentials, bed (two...

This friendly hotel, a five minute walk from Sta Maria Novella train station, was a great place for a quick stop in Florence. As others have noted, you do have to haul your bags up 8 steps to get into the building - but then a vintage elevator gets you to the right floor. Note that the train station is...

Dear Guest, As you said good location, clean rooms, confortable beds; the building is old such as our elevator; but this is probably the reason of your visit in Florence. If you want to stay in an historical building this is the right place to stay. Many thanks for staying with us Massimo & Roberto

We stayed here in Florence ,initially, because we wanted to be close to the train station. It is on the third floor, but has a lift. It is clean, has large comfortable rooms and offers a breakfast spread. Massimo was helpful in calling for reservations and helping us with out plans while we were there. I almost lit the hotel...

Dear Guest, we would like to add that you are not only close to the main station , but also to the main points of interests in Florence such as Duomo,( 10 minutes walking distance) Uffizi, ( 15 minutes walking distance) Central market ( 5 minutes walking distance ) etc. So definitely a good point of start for those who...

Stayed here for my second trip to Florence. It's very convenient to the train station (like a US city block away) and convenient to the airport too. There are three hotels in the building and this place is great. Rooms are European aka smaller than accustomed to in the US but it worked for a one person room. The breakfast...

Have chosen the hotel based on the convenient location and good reviews on TripAdvisor and we were not disappointed. We arrived by train from Rome and the walk from the train station was short. It is a walking distance to all Florence's attractions. Room was adequate. In addition to good breakfast we appreciated the availability of coffee, tea, water and...

It is on the third floor of a building that has different hotels on each floor. Very different from what we are used to, but it works very well. We arrived at the SMN Train station and walked the 2 blocks to the Hotel. Very convenient! The desk staff was very helpful in helping us to pick trains to Cinque...

I stayed there twice at the beginning and end of my trip. The distance from the train station ~1 block/0.1 miles was a deciding factor in addition to the TA reviews. It's a little difficult to know what to rate this hotel. There isn't anything wrong with it, but it really is just average. We found the location convenient and the room spacious, however it felt a bit tired and the breakfast didn't feel like good quality. The price was fair though, and with so many options in Florence it's hard...
