My husband and I stayed here for one night on our honeymoon trip through Europe. The location is EXCELLENT. Steps from the Duomo, very small walk from the main train station, and restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even had a bottle of wine in the room for our stay! The room and amenities met...

The room was lovely, such a nice family-run guest house, they went out off their way to make sure we got the most out of our stay, including recommending their favourite restaurants, and other nice things to do. We would highly recommend it, and the location suited us well- a stones throw from the Duamo, which we loved

Florence is an incredible city and living right in the heart affords amazing opportunities whether you are staying for 1 night or 5 nights. This guest house is perfectly located and whilst basic it is very clean and the staff incredibly friendly. The one bummer is the stairs to the accommodation which depending on your baggage and fitness can be...

The staff is kind, the property has a fantastic location and it is confortable! The rooms are big, modern furniture. Good restaurants a few meters from the hotel. The wi-fi is good. If you have problems to sleep with street noise, ask for a room without front windows, during the early morning hours the delivery of goods to the restaurants...

Our stay at the Bel Duomo was short. Only 2 nights. We have appreciated our stay. The location of the Guest House is perfect. All visits within a walking distance. WiFi is free, The bathroom was small but well equipped. We were on the first floor. Great since there is no elevator.

We stayed stayed there for two nights. Very good location and I liked the room we had. The owner was very nice and helpful and spoke good English. The only downside is the lack of elevator, but we didn't mind carrying the luggage up the stairs

I'll start by saying I was very happy with their communication directly after our booking. We received confirmation along with the offer to book any tours we requested. They also included codes to get into the building easily. We booked the quadruple room (traveled with 2 children) and requested the room facing the Duomo but received a one facing the...
