Amazing location, the hotel itself is a bit dated, but you won't spend any time in there anyway. Literally 1 minute from the Duomo, you are right in the centre of Florence. Wifi is good, Air con is fine and overall its a decent place to stay.

Short and sweet... What you need to know are two things... the location is great, but the hotel is a TOTAL DUMP. Old, old, old, old, old... it looks as if it hasn't been updated in over 30 years. It is ugly, cruddy, and humid even when it's cold. The air conditioner in our room sounds like a motorboat, so...

I am not a cleanliness freak and I don't try to get luxuries, but when there is genuine crud on the bathroom walls and door in a hotel, I am uncomfortable. Great location, but seriously! A dirty bathroom??? And I knew it was an old hotel, but peeling paint right above my pillow?

We loved our stay here and would choose this hotel again. It is a short walk from the train station and an easy, short walk to the Duomo which makes it easy to find your way back. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is very helpful.

The location of the hotel was just perfect, near the train station and all other attractions! The staff were so friendly, the rooms were big and the beds were good, there was free wifi but not very good, and the breakfast was okay. Also the hotel was very clean, super markets and restaurants were beside the hotel as well! For the...

i highly recommend this hotel, if you're looking for a convenient hotel, absolutely close to all the attractions of Florence, yet in a quiet neighborhood. The service is very decent with quite friendly staff. The place is old but very clean and rooms have high ceilings. And the price for all the service you receive is really really low. I...

I stayed here with my partner fully knowing this was a 3 * and that it had good reviews. The place is exactly as described and the management photos are exactly how we found the room and breakfast. The staff could literally not do any more for us, we absolutely loved the experience and the hospitality. Location is second to...

2*s due to location. Stayed very recently due to reviews- all good and excellent. Must be rated for location which is excellent, within 5 min walk of Duomo and coffee bars. A 15 min walk from train station with luggage, down cobbled, narrow streets, which would usually be fine but a storm on the night of our arrival made it...

The staff on check-in were terrific and helpful with information about getting around Florence. We were upgraded so got a family size room which was great but decor definitely needs an upgrade. It's an old building so not much they can do the the structure but the room is clean. The bathroom is a step up which was challenging during...
