It was our first week in Florence, and we were referred here by a friend. The rooms and service exceeded our expectations considering the beyond reasonable price! The staff was wonderful and took great care of us. The location was wonderful and was in walking distance to all of the beautiful, historical sites. We will never stay anywhere else in...

The two brothers Elton and Daniel that where at the desk most of the time, where real nice guys. They would bend over backwards to make there guest happy. We had a plumbing issue in our shower and they switched our room no problem. I am sure the room they switched us to was more money than the one we...

Stayed here for a couple of days in 2013, the breakfast is perfect! Not too much not too little and the coffee is the best of my entire life! The rooms do just fine but the AC isn't really a cooling unit, more of a noise maker. The staff is super friendly as well! I'm going back again this October...

We arrived in Florence from an exhausting couple of days in Rome. We were immediately waited on upon walking in the front door by the most courteous and friendly staff. They were amazing and very helpful with everything from questions to other bookings and tours offered. They offered inside scoops on the best places to eat and things to see...

This is a great little hotel in a fairly quiet area within walking distance of all the main things you want to see in Florence. The bathrooms are clean, big and modern and the rooms have character. They also have parking, which is a bonus. I think it is a family run business (not entirely sure) but the attention and...

I came to be in this hotel due to a disastrous double booking elsewhere and the owners there 'found' me a room at this hotel. I expected a double room, as at my previous booking so was shocked to be in a single 11sqm room..like an oversized cupboard. The room itself was very clean, however unfortunately it smelt of sewage...

Our room was clean, plenty big for two people, and the bed was extremely comfortable. It's a short taxi ride from the train and bus station, and without luggage, would be a brief walk from there. Breakfast was solid, but unspectacular. This hotel is in a nice, safe, quiet area, a short walk from the Duomo, the Accademia, and other...

This hotel is close to the Duomo, yet the room rates are great. Great staff, awsome breakfast, and very clean rooms. Will definitely stay here again. The hotel also has a computer hooked up to the web for guests to use and print boarding passes. Very convenient.

This has been one of my best staying in Firenze. Not only the facilities where excellent and clean (very good bathroom) but the stuff was so FRIENDLY and HELPFUL: they know the best places where to eat and go out for drinks—ask the desk! I also appreciated the parking service provided by Hotel Arizona. +++x20 good breakfast, amazing coffee and...

We tend to avoid the hotel chains and large establishments when we travel, so we thought this would be a good choice for us and we were right! Our room was clean, the bed comfortable, the bathroom clean and modern, and the service was wonderful -- as was the 'continental breakfast' which was just shy of a full breakfast. The...
