We booked a room for 2 nights at this hotel. It's about 20 min walking to all the things you might want to see in Firenze. Upon check-in, we were given a map and told to park across the street because the garage is affiliated and we would be given a discount. At checkout we asked about a discount code/way...

Dear Guest, we're deeply sorry to hear that your stay was not so good due to a bad misunderstanding about the parking. Please, consider to return in one of our hotels so your experience will not be knockoff with such accidents. Thank you very much for taking the time sharing your opinion with us. Kind regards. I stayed here for three nights and it was a very clean, modern, and simple room. The staff was very helpful and the location was quiet. About a 25 min walk from the train station and the city center but plenty to eat and drink within a five minute walk. Did not eat the breakfast so no review there. Definitely...

This hotel may not be smack dab in the middle of everything but it is absolutely excellent when it comes to their service. It is only a short 3-5 minute walk to the main streets and if walking is an issue they will gladly call you on of the city run Taxi's, which are also excellent i must say. the...

Overall I was actually impressed for the price we paid ( 600 CND) we got a really good size room with windows that open and great service. However, the bed was not the comfy-ist and breakfast was not included and for 5.20 euros it is not worth it.

This is the most sparsely equipped 3 star hotel I've ever stayed at. There is almost no furniture at all. No bed side tables, no dresser for clothes, the closet doesn't have a door, and there isn't any fridge. The room is modern and clean but overall it's a huge disappointment. Something I would expect from a 2 star. Book...

This hotel is very clean and simple. I like the service however they do not have any restaurant or bar. The breakfast buffet is great. About 15 mins walk from the main square and shopping area. The room is very warm during the night which is good.

Yes you can stay in the Firenze Centro area without mortgaging your casa. the B&B Hotel people have many great properties, but Firenze City Center is my "Go To'" during my countless trips to Favoloso Florence. Clean, quiet, efficient and able to provide the basics with style and that personal touch.

Hotel was okay but I agree with some other reviews that it's not on par with other hotels in the chain. Each time we entered our room there was a horrible smell (which we thought was from the toilet) and we would constantly have to air out the room. Staff were okay but they were not overly friendly at all....

I booked this hotel last minute while on my way to Florence from the Naples, it was in the holiday period So it was very comfortable the fact that they had three rooms available for us and our friends. They also had accessibility for dogs, which is a positive but they charge five euro extra, which I didn't really understand....

Not too far from city center, close to bus routes. Room was small. Friendly staff except for the lady working night shifts. Good breakfast and very good free WiFi. Vending machines provide coffee and snacks for after hours.
