The best thing about this hotel has got to be the location, everything is quite literally at the end of the street! Which makes the view from the breakfast room spectacular. Whilst we were there it snowed - and Florence was even more beautiful! But even though it was cold outside the hotel was nice and toasty and it was...

closest to the Dome, the train, Zara, H&M, Uffizi and all that Florence has to offer for tourists of all ages and interest areas; Friendly, knowledgeable, professional staff at front desk and rooms. Inside the rooms: good closet space; nice and spacious bathrooms; free cable internet in the rooms. Downside: our rooms had two external walls and were cold. My...

This hotel has an amazing location. Situated just a minute from the Duomo we could see it from our room. It was my first time in Florence in the winter and it was snowing! Absolutely breathtaking! The continental breakfast is one of the best I've had and the staff was very helpful. I would highly, highly recommend this hotel. Buon...

This is the nicest hotel I've stayed at in several trips to Europe. Very central location only a few blocks from the Duomo, and within walking distance of many other major Florence attractions. We booked a flight + hotel package from Expedia that included breakfast at the hotel, and felt that we received great value for the money. The breakfast...

Contray to other reviewers I found the desk staff very professional and helpful. The hotel is so central yet very quiet thanks to great double glazing. Our room 402 was spacious, clean and overlooked the street leading to The Duomo. The buffet breakfast had a good selection cereals, croissants, rolls, toast scrambled egg with bacon and small sausages. However, we...

This was my second stay at this hotel. Stayed a week and had a lovely time. The front desk staff was very helpful. The location is close to historic Florence. The Opera del Duomo Museum and Duomo are right down the street. The Central Market is just a few blocks away. An easy walk to Uffizi and Bargello. Ciro and...

I agree with the previous reviewer- the rooms were beautiful, modern and large with a sensational bathroom. The service at reception was appalling and I should know-wifi was only available in the lobby. I had to sit in the cold lobby to write emails as wifi was not available in your room (I would have even preferred to pay than...

The Hotel's location was great along with a nice size room and bathroom. The breakfast in the morning was very ejoyable. Our major complaint was the staff behind the desk. They were not friendly and if you asked a question or needed a cab, they acted like they were doing you a favor and they did not smile. Very poor...

My husband and I stayed at Best Western Hotel Premier Laurus from 10/22 to 10/25. We checked in around noon and find that our rooms were ready right away. We had room 607, which was clean and spacious along with a sizable bathroom and closet. The hotel also offered free wifi and internet connection which was very helpful for us...

We stayed in the Best Western Laurus from 10/27 -11/2. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Fresh linen was provided daily. Unfortunately, the staff started cleaning fairly early. We got a knock on our door daily at 8:45am to see if we needed our room cleaned. Our room faced out onto a busy street, and was noisy if the...
