There is no word about any fee for entering ZTL in the access rules of Firenze (attached), and neither about this task being delegated to a garage. The hotel failed to perform this task, misleading the hotel guests.

Hi all. I wanted to share how "client oriented" this hotel is. I arrived in Florence in this hotel by car with my girlfriend at 1st Aug 2016 for one night. The hotel is located in the central part, in limited trafic area, the so called ZTL(zona traffico limitato). According to access to the historic center of Florence, it was...

Dear Сергей К as already per numerous previous correspondence we inform you again even and especially for the benefit of Tripadvisor's readers that we research again and we found what it’ was happened: You refused to pay the Garage but in Florence ZTL is a fee and if you don’t pay the Garage, Telematic System automatically deletes the plate communication....

Nice comfortable hotel. Rooms not that big but big enough. In a perfect spot in City. Staff are friendly and breakfast more than acceptable. Plus we had view of Duomo from window, although that was when window open.

Amazing check in staff. They were kind and we asked for a restaurant suggestion that was excellent. We were a party of eight and they made reservations for us. They believe in being travelers rather than tourist. They had a nice morning food spread. The cheeses and meats were very good. I also enjoyed the yogurt and breakfast cereal. We...

My husband booked this hotel for out surprise 10th wedding anniversary. A short walk from the Santa Maria station and a few metres to the main Duomo piazza. Beautiful hotel with some fantastic traditional features. Warm welcoming staff. Good sized room with excellent sound proofed windows and effective blackout curtains. The hotel was 2 minutes away from the Cathedral. It was a delightful hotel, clean, comfortable and warm (went in December). The breakfast was more than adequate and always plentiful. The staff were very obliging and informative.

The hotel is very nice. Front desk staff spoke English and was helpful. Easy access to the train station (10-minute walk) and all major sites in Florence. Breakfast was good and had everything we needed. We found a discount online and the value was very good as long as you don't pay the full list price.

This was a fabulous hotel in a great location in Firenze. Our room had a great view of the city streets without any noise from below. It was clean and comfortable right in the heart of the city. Or only complaint was that it got rather hot at night even when the heather was turned off. We stayed three nights...

What a brilliant hotel, right in the centre and still peaceful. The staff are brilliantly helpful without being obsequious. The food was pretty good. The cultural programme to which they belong is also a big bonus.

This was my first time staying at this hotel and it did not disappoint. It's about a 10 minute walk from the train station and the duomo is visible from the hotel and amazing views from the rooftop terrace. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. Will definitely stay here again.
