We stayed in Florence for 3 nights as the last location of our trip. The hotel was great, friendly staff, very comfortable bed and good sized room with good aircon. The room included a safe and small fridge. Breakfast was average, a good selection of cold foods including a few pastries and fruit. Location was great, only a 5 minute...

We absolutely loved this hotel, on our arrival we received a very warm welcome, lots of helpful information and a free upgrade. Our room was beautiful and spacious and clean. Location is perfect, a 5 minute walk to the Duomo. The choice at breakfast was superb, lots of healthy options and some fantastic sweet treats too.

From the moment we walked into this hotel the staff could not have been more helpful. It was the best experience of our trip. The rooms were decorated beautifully, clean and very comfortable. The staff could not do enough to help you. The location was great. Walking distance from the train and all points of interest in Florence.

Tucked away, this modest property is awesome. From our arrival when we were met at the curb by Leonardo, a wonderful host and front desk captain, to they way the staff went out of its way to help us when one of my traveling party took ill, this hotel was great. The rooms are delightful and comfortable. The staff (Leonardo...

5 nights here (450 Sterling for b and b plus return flights from London via ba.com); breakfast ok, rooms fine with reasonable shower, good air-conditioning plus tea/coffee making facilities. Location excellent with very helpful staff. Near main station on quiet side street, a boon in Florence.
