From the warm greeting from PierPaolo to the fond farewell from Paola, the Hotel Casci was wonderful experience that enhanced my stay in beautiful Florence. The location is perfect, near the Doumo and all of the major sights. ATMs are across the street or at the corner. Every morning you are greeted by Carla and her breakfast staff in the...

If you are looking for a modestly priced hotel we recommend Hotel Casci, Via Cavour, 13. Room was spacious and the owners could not have been more gracious. Paolo and Carla (his mother), and PierPaolo attended to our every need. Everyone on staff made each guest feel welcome. Not luxurious but a warm, inviting atmosphere. Truly felt like welcomed guests.

Our room was clean, comfortable and had a HUGE tub with shower, but the best part of our stay was the family/ owners. They were so helpful and welcoming. Good breakfast, too.

My wife and I traveled to Florence for the third leg of our honeymoon around Europe and were pleasantly suprised by how wonderful the accomodations were at Hotel Casci. When we arrived we were a little unsure as the first floor entrance is very non-descript....but after figuring out that the lobby was on floor 3, we made our way up...

This 2 star hotel exceeded my expectations. The bedroom was large with plenty of room for clothes and luggage. The in-room facilities included airconditioning, a flat screen TV, safe deposit box, fridge and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and contained a large corner bath. Some other reviewers had commented about the towels being thin, this is...

All that's been written about the Hotel Casci was proven true during our one-week stay in mid-September. The hotel is very well located (a block from the Duomo), comfortable, and quiet despite being on a busy street. Most rooms are off the main street and our room was very quiet and calm. The Lombardi's and their staff are amazing hosts....

My wife and I just returned from a six day stay at the Hotel Casci and could not have been happier with the accommodations. The Lombardi family was extremely attentive, taking care of all reservations (museums, restaurants, etc.) and any minor needs that may have come up. The room was sizable, clean, and quiet (a real surprise given most reviews...

I have to admit when we first laid eyes on the hotel, we were a little nervous. We had to take an old elevator up to the hotel. Once inside at the front desk, our concerns were dismissed. This hotel is run by the warmest people. They couldn't do enough for you. The rooms were typical European, but the bathroom...

This family run hotel exudes warmth and charm and is incredibly efficient at the same time. We would not even consider staying in another hotel. Its central location means easy access and short walks to all attractions. The three person family team make you feel that this is your home, too, and the experience grows more and more delightful with...

Thanks to Tripadvisor reviewers we booked the Hotel Casci for two nights in Florence on our way to Tuscany. This hotel is on the second floor on a centrally located street. There is a small elevator that will take you to the 2nd floor for the hotel entrance. The first impression entering the hotel was wonderful, the staff was so...
