We were greeted by the very friendly and personable Pierpaulo who welcomed us with a choice of rooms. The room we chose was spacious and comfortable with a fridge and large bathroom. The very large windows were triple insulated so the traffic below was silenced. The Duomo was a five minute walk. The breakfast was abundant and the lady who...

My husband and I traveled with another couple to Florence in November 2009. We stayed in Hotel Casci about 3 years ago and decided to stay there again. The hotel staff were very attentive. The rooms were charming and clean, each with a private bathroom and hair dryer. A great buffet breakfast is served daily. The hotel also has free...

Fantastic service from everybody concerned withb this hotel. From Mamma to the night porter to the maids. Smiles and helpful advice. Just wanted to make our stay in the hotel and in Florence, perfect. Rooms: free safe, ample size and storage space and most importantly kept immaculately clean. The hotel, with its quaint reception area and friendly staff made our stay in Florence a sheer pleasure! Close to the Duomo, and everything else you would like to see in Florence. A major plus for us (non Italian speakers) was the owners/staff command of English. They are fluent in several other languages as well, so more than likely you...

Very friendly family run hotel. It was clean, close to the main piazza, and relatively inexpensive. They had a very nice breakfast, pastries, hard boiled eggs, cereal, ,juice, fresh fruit, and coffee,or. hot coco. Were very helpful ordering reservations for museums if you needed. The rooms were very clean and neat. All around great stay!!!!!

I can only concur with all the other positve reviews for this hotel. The level of indivdual attention to each guest is quite special compared to many hotels. Florence is a very busy and somewhat frenetic tourist city. But once you enter in to Via Cavour, 13 and take the elevator (or walk up the winding staircase...if you have any...

Just another great review for this hotel. We were originally scheduled for 5 nights and decided to stay our last night here as well. With the help of Paulo and PierPaulo we were able to get a ride to the airport from PierPaulo. Way beyond typical customer service. Always a pleasure passing the desk with a bit of conversation. Fantastic...

Stayed at Hotel Casci for 4 nights. The rooms are simple but very clean and comfortable. The staff is extremely willing to help and accomodating. The breakfast every morning is wonderful!
