The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. The room was clean and had a big bathroom. The location of the hotel is great because everything is in a 10-minutes walking distance. I kindly recommend the hotel.

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 26 November 2016

I booked this hotel because it was located near the Market (Lorenzo di Medici) dorms but also because of its proximity to the Duomo and other Florence attractions. I couldn't have selected better. The hotel was too notch with its charm, everything from the morning breakfast (which the staff held for us when we didn't get up on time) to...

We were very pleased with the hotel casting. Everyone was pleasant, helpful and friendly. The room was clean and kept up each day, breakfast was good ( with good variety) and each desk clerk was willing to help us with all of our questions.we would definitely stay here again.

Located within short walking distance of Duomo, Academie, and market. Friendly and very helpful staff. Rooms are quiet. Unfortunately, let down by poor breakfast; cramped bathroom, hard mattress; thin hard pillows. Did not have a good night's sleep. Deco is very tired. Also encountered maintenance issue during my stay.

We are sorry to learn that this guest's stay was not up to his/her expectations, eventhough it would have been nicer to know directly from him/her, in order to put things right if possible (at least some). We would like to point out that all of our rooms have been renovated two years ago (i.e. furniture, mattresses, etc.), maybe that's...

Hotel Casci is ideally located for visiting Florence. A short walk from the train/bus terminal to the hotel, 2 blocks to The Duomo, it is within walking distance to all the places we wanted to go. We were cordially greeted and given lots of information about Florence. Our room was large, very nice, exceptionally clean and comfortable. I would very...

I spent 3 days here with my brother and the hotel was excellent. Paolo and all of the staff were so kind and helpful. The breakfast spread was excellent - coffee, fruit, yogurt, pastries, toast, and cereals. The location can't be beat, it was only a 2 minute walk to the Duomo and very central. The rooms were clean and...

Wonderfully helpful staff who made phone calls to solve an issue with our return coach to Pisa, lent us excellent guide books during our stay and made us coffee once we'd checked out. Breakfast sets you up for the day! Rooms very clean if somewhat small and dated but this all adds to the charm. Good value

The staff here welcomes you with open arms, answers any and all questions you may have and goes above and beyond for their guests. The location is also great - a 10 minute walk from the train station with lots of cafes and restaurants close by. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone!

Just spent 4 days here with my 2 daughters and it could not have been more perfect. The location was exactly what I wanted...minutes from the Duomo and an easy walk from the train station. The staff was so kind and considerate and we loved that they recognized us and remembered our room number o sight. Our room accommodations were...
