Great location. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. They treated us like family. We would definitely stay here again. Can't think of many negative comments other than the fruit at breakfast was a little over ripe.

Hotel Casci is like staying with family. Old world style, in the heart of Florence, blocks from the Duomo, San Lorenzo Market, shopping and history. We were there visiting our daughter who is studying abroad for the semester and it was 1/2 a block from her flat, so very convenient for that as well.

Location couldn't have been better - a short walk from the station (but far enough to be away from the more down-at-heel hotels) and a very short distance from the Duomo. Room clean and straightforward. Breakfast very good. Owners and staff exceptionally helpful.

Hotel Casci has the most helpful hotel staff we've ever encountered! It is run by a family that treats you like one of their own. They helped us rearrange some of our travel plans due to a train strike, and they also booked a tour for us. The location is very convenient- just a few blocks from the Duomo/Cathedral square... We stayed at the Hotel Casci last week while we were in Florence. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. It felt like we were staying with family. Breakfast was nice and relaxing. The location was right near the Duomo and the center of Florence but still walking distance to the train station. Can't say enough about the... More

Hotel Casci was very convenient for our touring needs. Our room and bath were nice and clean. And with the double shuttered windows, it was very quiet. The only problem we experienced was the fact that our room was dark because we could never figure out how to open the window for light without it being wide open to the... More

We looked for an inexpensive stay for one night in Florence that we could walk to from the train station. The hotel is clean and in town, close to everything we needed and wanted to see. The beds were very very hard. The breakfast was good. The elevator is a bit sketchy. I chose to walk up instead.

I booked this hotel because it was located near the Market (Lorenzo di Medici) dorms but also because of its proximity to the Duomo and other Florence attractions. I couldn't have selected better. The hotel was too notch with its charm, everything from the morning breakfast (which the staff held for us when we didn't get up on time) to... More

Hotel Casci is a quaint hotel with everything you need for a tourist visit to Florence. The staff was extremely helpful at check in, breakfast, and when addressing the minor problems that popped up. The room was clean and spacious for European standards. Breakfast was good; we appreciated the friendly service and daily homemade pastry dish. The bed was indeed... More
