omg! noisy room, air con 12 inch hole in the ceiling which they don't turn on until they're ready! Light blue room with air con it said!! How about pedestal fan! The air con supposed to come on at 9pm after 10 and am sweating to death, this fan is no good. Smoke drifts into the room if window left... More

Ok Well after the second day we spend the whole day out. Came back late. Beds were all made and clean and towels too. But breakfast...well...just go to the Mercato Centrale and will be alright....just a few steps away....

I recently visited Florence with my husband and specifically booked a room with a double bed and a private bathroom in Hotel Regina with Veneer.com. We booked hotel Regina, but when we checked in we were told we would be staying on the 2nd floor at the hotel la noce owned owned by the same people. The shower is a crappy and the drain is a the foot of the toilet. Place does not have the feel of a safe and secure place. Nothing bad... More

stayed in Florence with my boyfriend for 6 nights. Actually we reserved hotel Regina but it turned out they're by the same owner or something, but we got to the La Noce. Room was little, but OK. The worst thing - no view at all!! it was a kind of courtyard outside and it wasn't really nice to look out!... More
