This was a fabulous hotel for visiting Florence. Our room (# 06) was lovely, with a side door and lots of natural light. The shuttle to/from Florence was convenient and we made use of it most days. On our last day, the hotel staff scheduled a taxi for us since we needed to be to the train station quite early....

We had 2 nights in this beautiful place only 10 min outside of Florence city center (via a free shuttle offered by the hotel). The hotel is located near the Arno river with a wonderful view right from the room. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was great and the restaurant serves a delicious dinner as...

This hotel is marvelous. The view from the room was absolutely spectacular, and everything in the hotel is somewhat new. The restaurant is very good yet not really worth its price tag. We went in March so the wonderfully designed pool and sauna were not open, but that really wasn't a bother as the daily free 20 min shuttle into...

We stayed here in August 2016 for a week having wanted a place just outside the hussle and bustle of the city. Hotel Mulino di Firenze fitted the bill perfectly - it was quiet and situated just by the Arno river around a 20 minute minibus ride from the city. Getting to the hotel from Pisa airport was relatively straightforward,...

We have stayed at Hotel Mulino twice and loved it both times. Sometimes we prefer to get away from the city center (crowed, noise, lights) to get R&R after a long day in the city. Mulino is that kindof hotel. Too far for walking into town. Garage available for parking. Plenty of taxi's coming by to get you where you...

My husband and I visited Florence for work & pleasure. The entire experience in this hotel was exquisite. The parking was simple and plentiful, right next to the hotel. The hotel was Florence's Old working Water Mill (very historical) and has beautiful views of the river. You can see the original parts preserved underground as you walk over it on...

I'd happily stay here for a vacation with my wife, as its a beautiful property in a non-chain sort of way. There are nice hotels, and then there are those that have charm, and this place is both. The rooms aren't the Ritz Carlton, but comfortable and reasonably upscale. Our room had a cozy bed, and a vaulted brick ceiling,...
