This place is amazing!! It's a beautiful, historic palace in a fantastic location. It's clean and quiet. Danielle (the owner) was so kind and her staff was so helpful with restaurant reservations, information on things to do and sights to see. I highly recommend!!

Unparalleled experience right in the heart of the historic centre. Marvelous Pallazo dating back to the 15th century, located few steps from the Duomo, perfectly preserved, tastefully furnished, carefully operated. Quality everywhere you look around, perfection in details and a warm feeling of being much more than a guest. Breakfast itself is a gourmet experience, amenities in the room are...

This place is simply something else. Forget even 100stars hotels and their luxury, because this place is simply like sleeping in a museum. There are very few rooms as well, which makes it incomparable to other huge buildings and provides with a niche environment. The music room (a room where there is classical music played 24/7) is simply something else....

I loved pretty much everything about this Residenza d'Epoca. Since the first moment we stepped into the hotel, we were treated with extreme care and niceness from all the staff. Daniela and Tatiana were particularly helpful with all our needs—be it a restaurant reservation (they suggested wonderful and delicious places, not tourist traps!), or tickets to museums and historic sites...

Palazzo Tolomei is a beautiful place, the location is ideal and it is lovelier because of Daniela and her staff. They actually care about your stay in Florence and strive to make it perfect. This trip was extra special for us since it was our honeymoon. I will try to return to Palazzo Tolomei as soon as possible.

Walking distance from everything. The rooms are straight out of a fairytale and there is a lot of history behind this palace. Customer...

My wife and I spent two wonderful days in Florence in October 2016 and Palazzo Tolomei deserves a large portion of the credit for the success of our trip. As a writer of historical novels ("Dracula Chronicles", a nine volume series on the life of the REAL Dracula, which takes place in the 15th century) I am naturally enamored with...

The only way to describe this amazing palazzo is magical. You'd walk right by it if you didn't have the address and that is part of the charm. It's identified by a small brass plaque on the wall. After being buzzed in you'll walk through an iron gate and into a 15th century courtyard. Get ready...because once you walk into...

My husband and I recently spent 5 nights at this wonderful property! The room was incredibly spacious and had a beautiful Fresco on the ceiling. The hostess Daniella was delightful and helped with all of our dinner arrangements. Everything is walking distance, including the local market which has a wonderful selection of food and wines. Highly recommend!
