I visited here in Jan of this year. Arrived late at night but had kindly been given the keycode to let ourselves in. Found the room all ready and waiting. It is a little basic but very clean & comfortable. We didn't need anything else as we only had a few days in the city & we spent a lot...

We are staying in this bnb for 3 nights, the place is spotless, the staff is very helpful and the breakfast is lovely. Air conditioning in my room which helps a lot because the weather now in July is roasting, although it is not so cold but at least not sweating when sleeping. Will no doubt recommend this place to...

Lovely B&B in Firenze. We stayed here 2 nights with my husband and a toddler and everything was great. Warm, kind and helpful hosts, lovely and clean room and good simple breakfast with fruits and good coffee.

Stayed for a couple of days here. Staff are lovely and give all the information you ask for. Rooms are spotless and everything was working perfectly. The bus stop is outside which goes to the main station and a couple of lovely cafes round the corner. Enjoyed breakfast on the balcony. Can't fault it for a budget B and B.

Our stay in Firenze was a middle stop of our Rome-Firenze-Veneto family trip. We called from Rome and the staff(Lilliana and Lucia) were very accomodating to our late arrival and supplied all needed info plus printed tickets for us for a museum visit next day. Our room was a spacious four bed room with private bathroom, air condition/heat unit and...

Our family stayed four days. The staff are very helpful in giving suggestions and directions. The room is basic but clean. Although the house is beside the bus road but pretty quiet. The air condition is good. We enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights in April and had a great time in our first time in this city. The room was basic but had everything you would expect and was kept clean with a nice tall ceiling. The staff were very helpful in suggesting places to visit and providing a map of Florence. It took...

During our 2 week Italy vacation, we stayed 4 nights here, and just checked out this morning. I couldn't wait to write this review! FABULOUS service, spacious rooms, kind staff, quiet atmosphere, comfortable beds, free wifi, delicious breakfast (included)- the cappuccinos each morning were a staple! We really loved this place. I would highly recommend Residenza Betta to anyone traveling...
