We stayed in the Camilla room and it was the worst room out of our 20 day trip. I'm disappointed to give such a review because the hosts were nice and gave us great recommendations but nothing worked in the room. The shower didn't drain, the air conditioner (necessary because it was the end of July) didn't work, and we...

La Casa dei Tintori was a wonderful experience. First, the help and guidance Riccardo offers is unbelievable. The place feels like home. Each room has a specific color and decorations. I had the pleasure to stay in the lively yellow room that was very comfortable and clean. Every morning I enjoyed a delicious breakfast. You eat like an Italian. He recommended...

We stayed in the Indigo room for 5 nights in June 2016. Riccardo and Lavinia were very helpful and responsive right from the initial reservation inquiry to the time we checked out. The b&b is located on the first floor with no lift, but Riccardo was quick to help us with our bags when we arrived and left. Our rate...

Our family of 5 spent an evening at the beautiful and charming Casa Tintori. My sons are very tall, 6ft 6` and the rooms were spacious and beds comfortable enough for their large frames. We stand in the Green Room with my daughter and it was lovely. Riccardo and Lavinia are the most charming couple went out of their way...

We had the pleasure to spend 6 nights as the guests of Riccardo e Lavinia. We liked the cosy family atmosphere and the presence of the hosts, who unhurriedly chatted with their guests while serving the breakfast. I also appreciate Riccardo's help in sorting out my missing air ticket (as it turned out last minute that LH has forgotten to...

The staff is so kind and amazing. Just like being in someone's home. The breakfast is lovely. Oh, and don't even get me started on the amazing personal connection they create with you. We had an amazing visit and so will you.

Our room, the green room, was a very comfortable, large room, with a separate sitting area and an air-conditioner. Good breakfast. Ricardo is an excellent host who was most helpful to us. I recommend this B&B to anyone. But be warned, there are some 25 steps from the front door up to the B&B.

We stayed at La Casa dei Tintori in May 2016 and loved it! It's location is awesome and we could not have found a better one B&B near all the tourist sites we visited in Florence. But what made this B&B so special is the Italian couple, Riccardo and Lavinia, who manage the property. Their hospitality went above and beyond...

Stayed at Riccardo and Lavinia's B@B for 4 weeks while studying the Italian language in a nearby school. I have always being an anxious traveller but from the moment I arrived I was treated like a family member. Breakfast for me was always a pleasant experience.
