The location couldn't have been better! So centrally located with easy access to everything we wanted in Florence! Ricardo was a great host with many suggestions and helpful advise, and he isn't such a bad cappuccino artist either. ;-) I would whole-heartedly recommend for anyone looking for a nice place to stay for a long weekend in Florence.

Perfect central location (4-5 minute walk to the Piazza dei Signori and the Uffizi) with beautiful decor. Riccardo has fantastic suggestions for restaurants (particularly the trattoria on the corner) and things to do around Florence, as well as general tips on getting around the city. Breakfast is very good, with particularly tasty pastries. The red and light blue rooms at...

In the center of Florence, within walking distance of all major attractions, this B & B is comfortable, clean and cozy. The owners, Riccardo and Lavinia, could not have been more friendly and helpful. Good breakfast with excellent coffee. Everything was perfect and I highly recommend it.

The Lavinia & Riccardo's B&B is fantastic. It's very well located, clean and cozy. They serve a delicious and substantial breakfast and their kindness is oustanding. Riccardo speaks a fluent Spanish and will satisfy any need you have about sightseeing in the city. Surely, we'll come back there next time in Florence.

Ricardo & Lavinia were great hosts. Had enjoyable conversations with them, and Ricardo had good suggestions for restaurants and other activities visitors might be interested in. We were there the end of Aug 2016. It was really hot, and the AC in the room worked surprisingly well. Beds were comfortable and space adequate. Book direct with Ricardo at the B&B....

If you want to stay in a place where all of Florence is walkable, this is the place for you. Upon arrival you are given keys to the B&B and therefore can come and go whenever you desire. The hosts are delightful. The rooms are all different; a friend and I stayed in the blue room which had twin beds....

My wife and I stayed at Casa dei Tintori for 2 nights and found it to be comfortable, and reasonably priced with a great location. Close to restaurants, shops and all the main attractions in Florence. Riccardo was very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were basic but adequate. We would not hesitate to recommend this family run B & B...

I would recommend it for anyone who visits Florence. The place was homely - I was given the keys of the house and could come and go as I pleased. The location is perfect, in Florence everything is at a walking distance. The owners were very helpful and made me feel welcome - making cappuccino in the morning and offering...

This B&B is probably the best pick to stay in Firenze. It is super central and inside so charming and cosy with a personal touch, we felt very comfortable during our stay. Riccardo & Lavinia are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We would love to stay there once we visit Firenze again!

This is a wonderful B&B in the centre of Florence. It could not be more convenient for the many sights and Riccardo and Lavinia could not be more pleasant and helpful hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are very comfortable if a little small but that is understandable given the position. Breakfast was good if limited although the...
