We stayed for three nights as part of attending our friends wedding. The hotel is out of the hustle bustle which is Taormina but still close enough for young children to walk to and from. Roberto and his staff were fantastic and couldn't be more helpful. The pool setting is quiet and adequate for a number of visiting guests. The...

We had a great time here, the staff are so attentive, helpful and welcoming and can not be criticised at all. The hotel itself is old and basic, kept very clean by the hardworking housekeeping staff but definitely a no frills kind of place. The room was fine for our stay with a good view of the sea from the balcony,...

Service was pleasant though the room wasn't. It was small and felt like a prison. The tv was very small and was difficult to turn on then impossible to turn off. Would not return in the future. Payment was to be in cash and instead the processed the payment on our credit card. Quite inconvenient.

Taormina is much more expensive than other locations in Taormina, so if you don't want to pay a mortgage on your stay, this is the place for you! It's beautiful, nice little pool, very intimate, with a variated simple breakfast and excellent staff! We really loved the place and beside the fact that it was a bit far from center...

I was having difficulties in my homestay and I went to this hotel to ask them if I could stay in this place.Roberto found me a doublebed room and gave me a special price for a solo female traveller. All people at Soleado made sure I was comfortable...

We have just returned from our honeymoon in Taormina. Hotel Soleado is a nice quiet family run hotel, and a lovely family they are too. It is one of the cheaper hotels in Taormina, but great value. The rooms were spotless, the bathroom appeared to be newly renovated with great pressure in the shower. The air conditioning was great to...

I really should have written this review sooner as we stayed for two in the Soleado in June. Have lovely memories of Roberto, his family and this hotel. There was a family member always on duty from early morning to late at night. Each member of the family made you feel very welcome and took great pride in their lovely...
