This was a great find. This boutique size hotel has charm, attentive owner, beautiful setting. Our first meal upon arrival was homemade style lunch on terrace overlooking private beach which really put us in vacation mood in a city that otherwise we didn't find all that inspiring. Though we stayed only one night, this was one of the nicest hotels...

Stayed here for four nights in early June. A very noisey road beside the hotel, complete contrast to the pictures of the resort. Don't pay these prices for an average room beside a busy road. There are far better hotels in Sicily for this price.

I booked this hotel as one of our venues for my recent tour of Sicily on the strength of several TA reviews and had to say I was not dissapointed. The rooms are on the small side, but they have done a lot with the available space and this also applies to the rest of the hotel. The plus points...

We stayed in one of the private apartments and it was amazing ! The rooms were bigger than I would have expected, and the kitchen with the terrace and sea-view made it perfect for us who love to cook (we would go in the morning to the Siracusa market, get some huge, cheap and delicious Gambas, or an Octopus... or...

Very nice hotel run by great folks who need to learn the hotel business. I had a great and relatively expensive 2 night off season spring stay. The rooms were small but very nice. There are no 'family' rooms so we needed 2 that didn't connect. It was almost impossible to find the entrance to the hotel upon arrival. The...

I have never written on trip advisor before but I had to mention this lovely hotel. We stayed for 2 nights. Top class service from Ida and her staff. Breakfast was just delicious sitting on the edge of the water looking over onto the old town.. You couldn't get a nice location for a small hotel. You have your own...

We were two couples traveling throughout Sicily. We are all very experienced travelers and we all have spent large chunks of time in Italy over the past 25 years or so, though this was the first time any of us had been to Sicily. We all adored Musciara and agree with all the positive reviews below, but we're struck by...

Rooms are tastefully decorated. The hotel is in a great location. Syracuse old town is 10 minutes walk, and is beautiful. The owners are charming. Recommended.

We stayed for 9 days in this hotel. we were looking for a relaxing stay close to the city, with access to the sea. Rooms are sufficiently spacious, with a tastefull mediterranean interior. staff was very helpfull and friendly, in all aspects. breakfast was a pleasant start of each day, enjoying it on the waterside in the morning sun (when...

Stayed here for 3 nights on our Sicily roundtrip and Syracuse was one of our favourite places!! This hotel played no small part. The fact that you are within a 15 minute easy walk to the old town, where all the restaurants and bars (San Rocco, on Piazza San Rocco - order a drink then go inside to eat as...
