Clean, modern, free wifi, comfortable beds, quiet, good buffet breakfast, staff pleasant. Very well placed to walk into city center and old town (we did not have a car, and have not needed it); lots of good restaurants around so we did not eat in the hotel except breakfast. Just off Via Roma, easily accessible by bus 101 from the...

The hotel was lovely and clean, modern in style, rooms varied, lovely bathroom with hot showers. More like a business hotel as when we stayed there 7-11th Nov we could not hear any English speaking people. They do happy hour in the bar area within the lobby - but not as we know it ... They provide bruchetta/sausage type rolls...

Typical hotel for tourist groups, offering a good position to visit the hystorical centre. The rooms need a bit of renewal to be at the level expected by a big name like Mercure. Breakfast not unforgettable.

We had a large group and came into town late at night. The bus could not get down the street passed the parked cars so we had to walk our luggage down the street to the hotel. The hotel is clean and bright with a nice breakfast and dinner eating area. I can not speak regarding all the rooms but...

We enjoyed our stay here. Excellent location. We had a nice balcony. Breakfast was great. Hotel even provided a bag breakfast when we left before they opened ! There are several nice cafes close by to eat at. We did the Hop on hop off red double decker bus tours of the city. Then the hotel set up a private...

After traveling through Italy I thought I would be in for another tiny bathroom experience. Pleasantly surprised with size of room and bathroom. I can actually move in the shower! King Size bed very comfortable. Slept soundly. No safe in the wardrobe though.

Came a day early before starting a Gate 1 tour of Sicily. Very convenient location. Lots of restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Small negative rooms are small. Hop on hop off bus location close by. Hotel bar has a happy hour with free food with your drinks.

Great location. Lots of restaurants nearby. Easy walk to the Main Street and shopping. I had booked a night on my own, before meeting with a your.. The front desk made sure I didn't have to change rooms. Front desk was so helpful with helping me see what I wanted to see.

This hotel is very central in the city. Convenient to all the shops and there is great shopping to be had! Travelers and taxis seems to always go together, so it was convenient to get around from here. Some very enjoyable restaurants in this city too!

The hotel is located nearby the city center which is pretty much the only posiyive thing. The hall looks nice, which makes more suprising what you find in the rooms. They aren't old, but much used for sure: damaged furnitures, spots on walls, etc. Air conditioning was very noisy so we had to switch it off. Room was super small...

Dear Mrs Erica, I'm sorry for your bad experience, but I have some questions for you. Why you didn't ask a change if your room was so terrible? Why you didn't complain directly at the reception instead to write in Tripadvisor? Why you slept in a dirty room without complain before? You write now that there are no reasons to...
