After a very long journey from Catania via an endless diversion, we arrived, obviously hot and stressed having negotiated the rush hour traffic in Palermo. Not the receptionist's fault, of course, but we could have done with a bit more than the glacial "welcome" we received. The parking is around the corner and it is quite disconcerting to give your...

We stayed here for 2 nights on a recent tour through Sicily. Nice hotel in the center of town. We had a room on the 4 floor facing the streets. It had a small balcony and a sitting room. Bathroom had a nice shower and the water was hot. A/C worked well. We were able to get a ironing board...

Stayed for a family wedding, mixed group of adults and teenagers. Location is excellent and far nicer than some we saw during our visit. Parking is also available which is a bonus in the middle of the city. Central location for all places of interest, shopping and restaurants. Hotel lovely and clean and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

After traipsing around Sicily for two weeks, Ai Cavalieri in Palermo was the perfect place to relax, rejuventae and clean up! I had a wonderfully spacious room and marble bath with a REAL shower. It was quiet, the hotel personnel were gracious, and the location was great. I will certainly return to Ai Cavalieri.

We stayed here a few days ago. Our stay was nice. The bed was comfortable. The AC was great. At first it seemed like it didnt work and we talked to the front desk. He did something behind the counter and after that it was nice and cold in the room. The shower pressure was good but temps would fluctuate....

Excellent location near Politeamo theater. Close to everything. Walking distance to all city attractions, but very safe and generally quiet neighborhood. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is good too. Good choice of fruits, cookies, excellent coffee. The rooms are quiet as well. We stayed in the room 105 with the balcony facing the street. The size is good...

We stayed 3 nights here. After a poor experience with a BW in Naples, we were very happy to stay here. This hotel is in great condition and clean. We stayed on 1st floor with balcony over entrance door (room 103) and had no noise issues. The breakfast was standard however they did have an egg boiler to make hard...

We stayed here 4 nights at this nice little hotel. It is located in the centre of the city, just a short walk to most interesting places. Easy to get here from The airport, the bus takes 30min and only cost 6.30Euro, you get off at piazza Polietama, and have a 3min walk to the hotel. The hotel is well...

Stayed here for two nights as part of a tour group. The room was a god size with a queen size bed and the bathroom was more than adequate. The downside was that it was on the first floor in a corner, right next to the ventilation fans - so I had motor noises all night. A TV was in...
