I became ill short before my journey, nevertheless I came here because of an ethnomusicological conference. The staff of this hotel was very kind and flexible and organised a lot for me, so that it was possible to come anyway. I warmly recommend to choose this hotel, you really stay next to the most important monuments (Ballarò market, Capella palatina,...

Very clean, spacious room. Great value! The dog was welcome, too. Late arrival of the ferry was a bit awkward initially, because the night porter wanted to close the hotel at 9pm, but the very warm reception the next morning by one of the owners made up for it! We were allowed to leave the baggage behind until later in...

I walked to the hotel from the central train station which took about 15 minutes. Check in was quick and friendly. Restaurant recommendations and sightseeing tips were available and very useful. You are given a RFID card so you can enter the hotel 24 hours. The room had a comfortable bed, a sink, television, desk and chair. The room was...

Good relation between price-quality. The rooms are clean and spaced. The location couldn't be better, everything to see and to do in Palermo is around Regina Hotel. The people running the hotel are familiar, nice and above all helpful.

I really wouldn't expect more from a 1-star hotel, so I was pleasantly surprised by this place: the room was cleaned on a daily basis, the staff were friendly and helpful and it was really nice to stay here for a week. The location is perfect, but keep in mind that you'll have to change two buses to get to...

Great location to stay for a short visit of Palermo. It is located at one of the main streets giving it an advantage to be close of main sights. It has 24h reception and a great price- 36€ for a room (2 people). Rooms are clean and big. Wifi is available (with good signal) in the room. It advertises a...

And price. Can't ask for much more for the money. We had a wash basin in room. Two beds including a room service breakfast. . . For 34 euros a night for two. The shared bathrooms were clean and two had a bidet. The ladies on reception were nice and also very helpful. The Wi-Fi was hit miss at times...

I had a wonderful stay here. Great value for private single room and great location. There is someone at reception 24 hours. It is a 10-15 minute walk from the main train station and a short walk to the different sights and markets. Some of the receptionist spoke English and some did not but it was not a problem. There...
