I spent 4 nights at the Hotel Joli in Palermo in mid September and had a great experience. The hotel is older and very classic. I had a corner room on the 2nd floor which was quite spacious and very comfortable. Although the bathroom was small with the typical small shower, the hot water was plentiful and the size was...

This reasonably well located hotel was small and dull. Walking distance to shopping area and port, free city shuttle close by. Even with one of the largest rooms, which needed a revamp, the bathroom was so small that it was hard to bend over to sit down without hitting ones head. The cleanliness left a little to be desired. The...

overall, a nice hotel with friendly staff. (the reception team and the breakfast staff made this hotel better). located conveniently in the city centre, its a short walk to the wonderful sites around Palermo. (unfortunately, the coastal side is less attractive, as its a Port - so you have to drive elsewhere to get lovely beaches). its quaint, relatively small,...

Rooms are not very charming but you get what you pay for. Staff was helpful. There is a paid parking /valet/. Near there is a small park, a supermarket and several dining options. Breakfast was included and was ok. Our room was remote and there was almost no wi-fi coverage.

Good hotel, not too fancy, not too cheapish. Set in a very unique but maybe old-fashioned style. Rooms may be a bit worn (shower...), but friendly service and excellent breakfast. Rooms may be a bit too noisy, but it is not bothering too much.

Hotel Joli is within walking distance of the ferry from Naples and all of the sights of the historic center. Many good restaurants nearby. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good breakfast buffet. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Hotel is is a great location and the staff were friendly. Had a balcony that overlooked busy noisy square but not a problem as went out to join the fun. Room was small and the bathroom extremely tiny. Everything was clean and tidy. Beds were small with a firm mattress.

In Palermo for conference. Survey of participants staying at various hotels indicated Hotel Joli was our excellent choice for convenience, picturesque location (Piazza Florio), and accommodating staff. 2nd fl. terrace overlooking Piazza was an excellent bootleg dinner venue (awesome chicken around corner) Entertainment nightly from bar across the way; some reviewers complain - we loved it ! (earplugs at sleepytime)...

we are a group of friends and 10 people = 5 rooms. 2 of our friends stucked in the elevator, the baths were dirty, the air condition systems didn't work in the room. The basic rooms were irrelevant with the photos in booking.com. when we want to cancel our reservations because of these problems, they charged us 1 night without...

Very very loud. Loud climate control. Tiny television. Tiny elevator. Very Tiny bathroom. The WiFi in our room (202) was simply not strong enough. But everything was clean. The Breakfast was the worst we had in 2 weeks of sicily. Just convenience sweet-bakery-stuff, instant juice and the cheapest ham and cheese they could find. If you have a car you...
