I spent 6 nights in nicely decorated junior suite, the king-size bed was very comfortable, particularly the air-condition was working very well and not too noisy! I liked coming back to my suite after being outside in Palermo where it was boiling hot. The staff is very friendly, they made quite an effort to cater for all my needs. Thanks...

Earlier this month, my family and I came across this hotel in a rapid search to move hotels in Palermo after a horrible stay at another hotel. We were immediately warmly welcomed by one staff member named Angelo. He instantly booked my family and I three rooms for a two night stay. We moved in that afternoon and the rooms...

Dear Anita L, we are really happy that the comfort of the hotel and the amazing friendliness of our staff, obviously including our Angelo, really made the difference to your previous and poor stay experience. We are glad you appreciated the hotel style, ambiance and service and that our genuine and attentive approach to all aspects of service managed to...

We booked for two nights bed and breakfast before flying out of Palermo at the end of our trip around Sicily. The bed(room) was fine for a modern city centre hotel but the breakfast was very poor. When that's one of the two major elements of the service it's really not good enough. The hotel itself is smart, clean and...

Dear maurice n, thank you for sharing your opinion on your July stay with us. We are quite happy you appreciated the hotel style and cleanliness, and our attentive service. On the other hand, we are quite sorry you found the breakfast service was missing something: considering our wide choice of sweet and savory, cold and hot (made fresh on...

I arrived fairly late at night so my first impression was that it was extremely residential and I was doubting my choice of area. As I ventured out the next day I saw that a street or so away were a whole hub of cafes and restaurants which I found very appealing, so all was fine. You are literally a...

Dear esther372, we would like to thank you for sharing this review and your opinion on your recent stay with us. We are very happy that you enjoyed the hotel location, in the heart of the shopping and dining neighbourhood and a very comfortable and enjoyable walk even to the sights located on the edge of the old town, like...

Where do I begin? After an amazing stay in Rome then in Sorrento we just assumed the great hospitality would continue. Were we wrong. When our driver pulled up, we noticed a lot of graffiti along the street, so we weren't sure if we were in a safe area. Fortunately, when we walked around later that day we realized the...

Dear Michele B, Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We are really sorry that what could have been an otherwise pleasant and smooth stay was hampered by the interactions you have described in such detail, and thank you for appreciating all other aspects of your stay including the area where the property is located (downtown Palermo...

We picked this hotel as we wanted to stay in the city but away from the crowds. It was a good choice as the hotel is in the newer part of town which could be described as more residential. It's also near the premium shopping area. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful with good recommendations for restaurants and...

Unprofessionally run, rather worn, small hotel located in a downtown business and residential area of Palermo. Only advantages of the property are the affordable rates and the location far from the beaten tourist paths. Service more or less inexistent, check-in took ages although we were the only guests at the front desk - the fact that we had booked two...

Dear 516Robert, we are very sorry that your stay seemed not to be matching your expectations, still we believe there are some issues that need clarification. The property that you define “worn” is described by the vast majority of our guests as a cosy and chic boutique hotel in one of the nicest neighborhoods of the city, where service is...

Just stayed for the 3rd or 4th time and found, as usual, this is a nice place to get away from the frenzy of centralissimo Palermo--which is actually an easy walk.
