This is a beautiful hotel in the center of the city, close to restaurants, shopping, and historical sights. We were given a spacious room with King bed, well appointed.(It was a delux double room) The hotel arranged for the 4 of us to be picked up at the airport so we didn't have to hassle Sicilian traffic our first night...

What to say...there are few good things say about our stay here...the service was good, the lobby and sitting area is good, the location is ok and the breakfast is ok. That's about it. The single "superior" room (for one person), our 86 year old dad, was at best 6X8. The shower in his room was built for a toddler,...

I have hesitated for a while whether to give this hotel an AVERAGE OR VERY GOOD rating. Several positives: location close to Av della Liberta, quiet location in general, room well equipped, bathroom on the smallish side but well organized, great choice of breakfast buffet. On the negative side: at breakfast the coffee is not up to the average Italian...

Dear Axel8807, thank you very much for sharing this review - we appreciate your very positive comments on the lovely hotel location, comfortable room, and amazing breakfast. I also wished to thank you for highlighting the two misses that would have made your experience absolutely perfect - I just wish to apologize for the dusty floor in the fitness room,...

A poor view, a small single room. The rest was outstanding. The cleaning staff, the attendants at breakfast, the desk staff all were more than outstanding. Couldn't ask for anymore. The lift is in the process of being improved. Not such an inconvenience anyway. The art around the interior is very nice, ala Jack Vettriano, The neighbourhood is quiet and...

Unfortunately the luxury hotel situation in Palermo must be very inadequate. This hotel was the best our travel agent could find. It has an excellent location in the upscale part of town, but the location is surrounded by a very suspicious, if not a seedy environment, with dog droppings, trash, and graffiti everywhere. It is located near several very nice...

This charming hotel is ideally placed in the city of Palermo. There is an artistic theme throughout and our room was clean and bright and imaginatively presented. The hotel has excellent extremely helpful staff who did everything they could to make our ten night stay there extremely enjoyable.

We stayed in 5 different hotels during our time in Italy...this was the only one that was not delightful. The room was tiny and the bathroom so small we had to be careful not to knock our chin on the sink when sitting on the toilet! It might be ok if traveling alone, but two people was too crowded. The...

We stayed in this lovely hotel for the first two nights of our journey to Sicily. We arrived quite tired from a long journey from San Francisco and enjoyed the hotel's safe and walkable location. Disappointed. Rooms are small and claustrophobic. Probably I was very unlucky but my sleep both nights was constantly disturbed by the noise of next door air-conditioning. Breakfast very average. I was expecting much better from a four star hotel. On the plus side the lobby area is very nice and the front desk staff, specifically Mr Angelo, are extremely helpful...

I stayed here for four nights and once I had got my bearings found it to be nearer to the main attractions than I had first thought.
