Pros: -very modern and updated. -beautiful courtyard -breakfast every morning (ask for freshly made espresso instead of using the machine) -clean -free parking -friendly employees Cons: -I'm pretty sure this place is built upon a sewer...there's an awful, horrible, indescribable smell every time you walk to and from the parking lot. -There's a banquet hall/night club right next door. We...

I stayed two nights and the room was well appointed, but no complimentary coffee or tea, but some in our group did have this amenity. The bed was comfortable, lots of storage, but no extra blankets. However, these are easily fixed, I'm sure all you needed to do was ask. The one feature that I feel needs to be addressed...

We have been one night only - 7 persons. We arrived early in the morning having agreed with the reception just a place where to leave the luggages and instead we got our 2 rooms at 9AM ! On top of that we also have been proposed to have brakfast although out of the official time. One of us had...

My wife and I stayed in Hotel dei Colli, Palermo for 3 nights: Two at the start of our trip and one at the end. This was a pre-booked package. Otherwise we would have never stayed for the 2nd & 3rd night. The hotel is listed as 3 star in the "Cap O Soleil" vouchers, but in fact it is...

The room is decently big and clean, with balcony. It's quiet especially on the new building where our room was. The property location is ideal, not too far away from the city centre and it's easy to travel by bus or car. The breakfast is basic but with good choices of croissant and bread, yoghurt, cerals, fruits and some cold...

One of our larger and affordable rooms of our month long tour through Italy. Our room was very modern and the bed was comfortable. Service was a little tough because the front desk didn't speak much English. Definitely understood we're in Italy we should have come more prepared. Close to downtown Palermo for sight seeing and super close to mondello...

I normally like luxurious boutique hotels - and I have to admit that Palermo is short on those. We have stayed here over a dozen times and really love this hotel. The staff is so caring here - it truly makes the whole experience. For the price you really get a lot - the newer rooms are really spacious and...

We stayed at this hotel for only 1 night, before we were to fly out of Palermo. The actual hotel is in a separate building (the pretty building shown on the website is not the one). Unfortunately the room we got had red furnishings everywhere-curtains bed sheets included which was not a very pleasant sight upon entering the room. However,...

Stayed at this hotel in September 2013 It looked good from the outside I was surprised to find that the room I was allocated was outside the main hotel in a two story buildings that surrounded a garden. The room was very basic and not very clean there was no wifi in the room. I spoke to the receptionist saying...
