We enjoyed everything about our stay at La Via delle Biciclette - the hosts were excellent, providing us with lots of hidden gems within the city including one of the best places to eat of our trip. The location is perfect, on a quiet, characterful street between Via Roma and Via Maqueda - close to all transport and right in...

Led by Manuela and Manlio this is a very nice place to start exploring Palermo. On top of its perfect location in the historic center Manuela and Manlio are very helpful and explain you everything in Palermo. Rooms are very nice, clean and quiet although it is right in the middle of the pulsing Life of the City.

'La via delle biciclette' is a unique B&B in a unique location. We spent 3 nights here in late February & early March the weather was very warm & we were not disappointed in any way. We loved the location, the building and interesting touches around the b&b which makes it different and enjoyable. Very close to both stations, shops,...

My husband and I spent 6 days in the B&B last january and our stay was simply wonderful. The place is great, very cute and always clean. Manlio and Manuela are great hosts and made us feel at home. This B&B is within walking distance of everything you would want to see (and eat) in Palermo. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the breakfasts delicious. Our hosts were most helpful; drove us to the bus station when we left.

Excellent value. Very friendly and knowledgable proprietors. The room did get a bit cold during the evening, but it was unusually cold in Sicily at that time, and this did not detract from our stay. I would recommend this b&b to friends.

If you look at some of the other reviews here, you'll discover everyone agrees with one thing for sure - Manlio & Manuela are probably the most adorable couple in Sicily. While there are only two rooms, they are planning on adding a couple of more rooms sometime in the future. Of the two rooms, I had the one facing...

The location could not be better although street noise can make it a little tough to nap away jet lag. The room was lovely as well as the large private bathroom which is a few steps away from the bedroom. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful... The hosts were so terrific and even drove us to pick up our rental car.

Manlio and Manuella were the nicest hosts we had on our trip to Sicily and we had some great ones. We were the only guests at the time, staying two nights in November, so we felt as if we had the entire apartment to ourselves which in a sense we did. There are two rooms that they rent in this...

What a treat to stay in this B &B. Palermo is an amazing city, but would probably feel intimidating without the warmth and comfort provided by Manlio and Manuela in their charming quarters. It's on the third floor of an ancient palazzo, part of which (if I got it right) was bought by Manlio's family in the 1930's. It's right...
