Room was large, excellent and quiet. Outdoor dining was most enjoyable. Staff was excellent and helpful in every way. I was warned ahead of time about the surrounding neighborhood so wasn't surprised. It appeared somewhat scetchy but i think it was safe enough. It was just in what i would term the old town part of the city. I recommend...

We chose this for its convenient proximity to Arab-Norman historic buildings, most of which are within 10 to 15 minutes walk. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, and the breakfast was fine - mostly multi-cultural buffet stlye. Only drawback was that getting in and out by car was a can-opener challenge. The hotel is a quiet oasis in a street-market...

It was an absolute joy to stay in this superbly renovated palazzo/hotel! The room was magical, the breakfast was excellent, the staff were all friendly and helpful. The location was quirky and extremely interesting...centrally located in the historic city. We love our stay here and would reccommend this hotel to anyone. Would return in a heartbeat!!! BRAVO , Brunaccini!!

I stayed for 3 nights in late November and had a great time. The hotel is in winding streets very close to the Quattro Canti, literally the very centre of the old town of Palermo. The amazing Gesu church is next door, and the Ballaro street market starts in the next street. You can easily walk to most of the...

The hotel is well located in the centre of town. But the facilities are not 4 stars as they pretend. Poor internet, run down furniture, limited service. Breakfast is not worth paying extra for. Overall there are better options in Palermo.

As many know, the central city of Palermo was neglected during the past century and renovation and use of the older buildings has happened only relatively recently. The Palazzo Brunaccini is on the edge of what one might consider the "safe" part of downtown, with the area immediately to the west increasingly occupied by refugees from North Africa. Built in...

We stayed for three nights in early October and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was easy to walk to the Cathedral, the Opera House, the botanical garden, and down to the port. Although the people around the hotel were a diverse group, we never saw or felt any aggressive behavior. We had a large room with an open loft bedroom....

We had extreme problems finding this place, culminating in us enlisting the help of the police, who happened to be nearby. An elderly gent overheard and said he knew where it was and proceeded to jump in our car and guide us. The desk clerk later told me he is well known to the hotel and often assists weary travellers....

The hotel is in a very convenient location for the historical centre of Palermo. It is less than 100 metres form the Ballaro market which in daytime hours is a hive of activity with traders selling almost everything must mostly local food produce. We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of September and I wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel is in a great location within easy walking distance of all the historical sites.
