Rooms are very tired, dire need of renovation. Loud street noise until late night. Desk staff unhelpful. Breakfast far below expectations. No parking, they just refer you to a parking garage which is a fifteen minute walk away. It is also closed on Sunday so don't plan to arrive or leave on Sunday by car. There is no where to...

A deluxe hotel, well located, within walking distance to major touristic attractions and main shopping areas. The room is extremely confortable and spacious. The catering is great, lots of choices and good service.

Old and not clean , dark hotel . Outside a lot of music ( outside ). It was not possible to sleep at night ! I asked for quiet rooms at my reservation. I received rooms at the streetside, which was not quiet at all

Room was spacious enough for family of 4. There was an open air hotel bar with live music at street level, directly below the rooms, the the noise floated up to our bedroom until 4 a.m. making it literally impossible to sleep. Thee hotel is in a great location - which also means plenty of noise from bars/restaurants close by.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. The rooms are very poorly lit and because the furniture is black it all looks rather depressing. In our group quite a few of the room keys didn't work and not just on the first occasion but repeatedly over the time we spent there. The attitude of the staff was poor...

Well situated in an up and coming area. Lots of varied nightlife to choose from. Within walking distance of lots of sightseeing spots & 10 mins from train station, where you can catch the airport bus.

Most satisfactory, good position for the tourist ,everything well managed and in tip top order. Dining facilities were excellent, breakfasts were most comprehensive, well above other places we stayed in Sicily.

Central in location just a short walk to the main attractions, shops etc. Short walk to the harbour area. Hotel is tired in places masked by contemporary refurbishment. The bar area and reception were frosty to say the least. The one plus was the room which was modern and clean.

Between city centre and the harbour but that's about all you can say. Room was on the small side and very dim. The food was just about OK and the bar area seemed to be part of the lobby and, therefore, very uninviting. Several decent restaurants just around the corner.

This Hotel is located in the old town. Great breakfast and comfortable rooms. You will need to walk a lot to get to the main attractions. Take a taxi to the places you want to visit or take a City Tour. Palermo is an old City with many attractions. Don t miss to visit Duomo of Monreale and the Palatine...
