Great location by the old port in the historic district on a relatively quiet side street. Front desk staff were welcoming and accommodating. Premium room was spacious with a firm bed and pillows to our liking. Nice breakfast area on 4th floor which is also a bar / restaurant in the evening. Rated a 4 star property. Room rates are... I was genuinely disappointed by my stay at Porta Felice. I had repeated issues with their Wi-Fi and worst of all the room was not that clean. When I came in, I saw strands of hair and some weird substance in the shower. There was a mustiness in my room and there was a hole in my chair. They removed... More

The hotel is ideally located for access to the sights. A number are within easy walking distance and there is a free shuttle bus at the end of the road to take you up to the Royal Palace and the top of the city. It is very close to the promenade, where there is a great gelateria - so an... More

This hotel is closer to the marina, but is in walking distance of the main attractions and shops. Do not let the fact that the hotel seems to be down an alley put you off from staying here. The area is very well lit. The rooms are vary spacious and the staff is helpful. This is not a large hotel... More

Good hotel in walking distance from all major attractions and shopping area. Staff is helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean, but some furniture has to be changed( just for the appearance) The mattress was firm but comfortable. The breakfast was very good with a lot of food varieties
