We have been there in January. Very friendly staff. Very clean and a good breakfast. OMAR was amazing. he helped us in anything we needed. Very friendly and VERY VERY helpful !!

There is a small yard were we saw parked cars.
I suggest that you write to them asking whether these spaces are accessible by people staying at this hotel.
Otherwise I do not know of any free parking in the vicinity.
