Lovely new, but in old historic style hotel. Great new beds and Nice pool outside. Breakfast was ok, staff very friendly. They are not to shy with giving you a proper drink portion at night (like a gin or wodka). Was a real Nice get away from the city with the backyard and pool

Our hosts booked this hotel for us. Room basic, clean and comfortable Service at the front desk and bar was excellent We tried the restaurant a couple of times. Limited menu, what we had was good. Understand the wifi is not so good so suggest you have you own international carrier plan

The hotel itself might look lovely but upon arrival we were informed that one of the hotel floors was flooded due to a burst pipe and we were directed to a different hotel much further from the city center, however, we were assured that the shuttle bus will remain at our disposal. The shuttle bus turned out to be available...

Nice hotel, beautiful interior, and very helpful staff! There were problems with our reservation but the receptionist really did her best to solve our problem! The roof terrace, where the breakfast is served has beautiful view. We really recommend this place to stay!

We booked one of the Presidential Suites because we love to have some living space when in a hotel. This was granted but the outdoor jacuzzi which was also something we were looking forward is apparently not working in winter - at a location where winter means 15C and sun shine. The mattress was not very good. Also, the room...

Visited in September 2015 for a week. A room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. From the terrace, where they serve the breakfast, you can see the panorama of the city of Catania and the Etna. The city center is about 2km from the hotel. The bus stop is about 30 meters from the hotel,...

The Hotel has a great view from the roof top restaurant. The breakfast was nice and the staff very friendly. It is overall a nice place. I like the old building. The room size is ok. Two major issues appeared why I rated the hotel negative: 1. I had ants in the bed and the bathroom and 2. if your...

Didn't get to stay as the hotel had water problems which we learned when we arrived. They transferred us to another hotel - the Garden Hotel and took us there but it was further out from downtown Catania! Past its prime but a good hotel with good restaurant We noted that the hotel del Bosco was reviewed for the same...
