Friendly staff and very helpful, very clean and tidy, good location and easy to find. Very good for short stays. Breakfast is very lite but good for the price. Easy to gind parkin in the area and lots of pubs and restaurants by walk. Highly reccomended 😊

Overall I don't have too many issues with this hotel but this is coming from a person travelling alone with no major requirements. It's what I would expect from a 3star hotel. I didn't expect much from this hotel, photos on internet weren't so nice, so I was nicely surprised when we came. It was very clean, furniture is new, bathroom not so big, but has everything needed. There is no elevator, but there are not many floors, so you'll survive it ;)

On all other accounts this is a good place tp stay - clean, centrally located, friendly staff... EXCEPT.... Even though they say they are airconditioned, the air conditioning is turned off in the evening and doesn't come on until after midnight (i hope, I'm sitting in the room at 11pm waiting for a little relief). The complimentary airport pick-up would have been great if the driver was not 20 minutes late. It also helped to find the hotel the first time as it is just a door in the wall on the street with a call box. Be prepared for a four flight walk-up to the actual entrance of the hotel. Hotel Valentino is in an ideal location. The piazza may look a bit run down, but don't be put off. Hotel Valentino was located in the most fantastic position for us to explore the city. Everything was within walking distance, and when we got our bearings, even the walk to the bus & train stations were only 20 mins.
