Pros; Good central location and price Cons; This is not a hotel it is a bar with rooms, no reception, fixtures and fittings are showing wear and tear. Nice concept but fails when put into practice. No reception meant a 40 minute wait to check in even after confirming arrival time - in fact it would appear that it isn't...

When we arrived there was nobody to let us in however it was not long before someone came as soon as we got in touch. The room is an amicable size for a couple. Quite modern and clean. We were situated right bang in the middle of the restaurants bars and shops. The piazza and the square by the church...

Modern boutique hotel in city centre. A bit of a problem if you have a car. Clean but small room. Wooden floor in the bathroom which was a problem as the shower door did not close totally. An odd thing was the Japanese toilet with water shower.

Non-existant reception! No one was there when we arrived. We couldn't inform the hotel in advance since our arrival time was not planned. We ended up waiting for more than an hour for someone to arrive to let us in. The room was modern and was designed with good intentions, but the shower door meant there was water all over...

We planned to book a 7 night stay however due to availability we had only the option for 6 nights however would have happily booked this for the full 7 if that were an option. Key standout points was the quality of the staff who were extremely helpful especially in our time of need as we had a dreadful experience...

Considering it is still in new opening session after a renewal, it was really really nice. The room was clean and full of courtesy products, hi-tech wc with incorporated bidet. The owner has been very polite with all of us, trying to satisfy our requests. It worth all the money (70€ double room with breakfast included).

We chose this hotel as it was the only place we could in Cagliari within our budget that was contemporary in style. As is often the case in Italy, all the other hotels leaned towards being very traditional and stuffy. We were very pleased with this hotel, it only has 7 rooms and they are quite small. However, the space...

Wonderfull decoration, great atmosphere, clean. The only problem was that there was no balcony or view. The stuff was friendly and in general everybody had a relaxed mood. The location was perfect, almost every night, street musicians performed live at the Sepolcro square. The hotel was just one step away from the bus and the train station and from the harbor....
