We stayed there for 3 nights. The owner contacted us via e-mail with all the details. We arrived quite late at night and he waited us to give us the key and told us all the information. The room and bathroom are very clean and peaceful although it's in the centre of the city.

My girlfriend and I only stayed for one night, but certainly would have stayed longer had we spent more time in Cagliari. Casa Marina is situated right in the centre of town, 10/10 for location. The room was spacious and clean. The owner who lives above was extremely friendly and helpful; providing information on the city and booking us an...

We stayed there for 2 nights and loved the place and Cagliari! Excellent value for money, clean, close to everything and host is so hospitable. If you are 4 people - this will be perfect in every sense. For 2 also great!

Our room was large, well furnished and clean. The shared bathroom was large and clean. The kitchen was well equipped with fridge, freezer, gas stove etc. We paid on arrival and saw our host no more - but he lived in the building, and he was available should we have needed anything. Downsides were no air condition (only fan) and...

When we arrived at the hotel, we were blown away. Our room was super spacious and decorated like a swanky New York flat. With bright and modern decorations, we were tempted to have a stay-cation inside! The location was in the heart of the historic district, close to many wonderful restaurants and shops. Besides the size of the room, the...

Easy access and perfect location. Very helpfull and friendly owner, waiting for us with our names wrotten on a wooden plate with the password for the wifi replaced by cable especially for my laptop after some unknown incompatibility with the network. Big room and bed with genuine art decoration and small personal touches. Only inconvenience in the summertime: noisy environment...

First thing that you realize is that you are RIGHT in the middle of the town. 10 points. Second thing is that it is hot. No airco or fan. And smells and noise from the road does not allow you to sleep well. ALBERTO put a fan man! For the rest, very good. Alberto is very nice and helpful, everything...

Well situated apartment near the seafront in Cagliari. The two bedrooms are very comfortable and nicely decorated. Cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery are provided (even a number of Moka stye italian coffee makers). Small touches such as croissants and coffee being freely provided on arrival were nice. The location is great, right next to restaurants across all price ranges and...
