Great location and the staff are really helpful. There are some lovely restaurants and bars just within walking distance. Found the hotel quite noisy on our visit due to our room being directly on the outside courtyard and this where they hold parties. Did tell reception staff the next day when we were asked about our stay. The event started...

Currently staying at the hotel , unable to use the garden area as the noise outside and inside is incredible, the noise in the room has been mind numbing since 8 am this morning, and can be heard all round the hotel! Some building work going on in vicinity!

This stay was the first night of a ten-day roadtrip in northern Italy. We booked this hotel out of the beautiful images on their website. It is in general a nice hotel, and at a first glance it seems very delicate and fresh. After a while in the room we started noticing that the details were not that good, but...

We visited verona on an impulse and booked the hotel only two days in advance. The huge discount of almost 50% on the listed rate caught our eye. It was a 5star rated hotel so we had high expectations. We arrived and found the hotel well situated and reception staff friendly. We were shown to our room by a some...

We have stayed at this centrally located 5* hotel now on a number of occasions. It is not cheap, but the quality of the rooms and beds is excellent. Breakfast and service are excellent too. Room 210 or Opera Room is outstanding and huge.

Such a lovely hotel. We arrived early (10am) and the room was ready, so they let us in. Gorgeous room with massive bed and sofa bed to accommodate the 3 of us. Everything is so stylish and pristine, and not too stuffy, like some five star Italian hotels can be. Stuffed full of interesting artefacts, all of which can be...

Lovely welcome upon arrival. Very helpful with maps of the city and recommendations. Our room was beautiful and even had a menu to choose your pillow, never ever seen this before but loved it! Great location and fantastic breakfast. Highly recommended!

This is a stunning hotel, situated a short walk from the main shopping area in Verona. From the moment you walk in the hotel feels luxurious and welcoming. The feeling continues throughout your stay. The service was excellent. All staff spoke perfect English and were very keen to assist if anything was required. We didn't eat in the restaurant as...
